Ok Fellas Im 26. Ive been working out for the better part of two year. I was A real fat ass then I desided to get off my ass and get into shape. I lost alot of weight first with a low carb diet and alot of cardio . than i began to look like UGLY Skinny like not heathly so i apperntly lost a lot of muscle. For the past year I ve been weight training and getting my diet right but i seem to be draging ass in my workouts i feel tired and yawn and shit like that. Does that mean I have a low test?? my stats are im 26 -5' 4"-150 i eat between 160-200grams of protien each day and take creatine after workouts. im currently trying to bulk up and build a good foundation. I seem to lift the same weight and never go up/ what missing? would trib help me or like a pak2. so any advice would help Thanx

How much else are you eating each day? You need lots of carbs and fats to keep your energy up and recover to. If you're eating lots and still not making gains, maby you're overtraining? Remember that the Pak and Trib are supplements, I'd concentrate on getting a solid diet before turning to sups.

Eat right first bro. You've gotta have your carbs for energy. Food and sleep. You can take all the supps you want, but without the carbs and sleep you need, you'll still be sluggish. I guess you can somewhere equate lower test with sluggishness, but I don't usually think of trib as the answer to that. I think of carbs and sleep as the answer to that.

If you're trying to bulk, you've got to have a caloric surplus. Period. Ups your carbs, see how you feel, get your baseline established and get the ball rolling, then add some trib if you like. But don't expect supplements, especially trib to bridge the gap between sluggishness and plenty of engergy.

Testosterone is produced from cholesterol so if you suspect low test levels try adding some good fats to your diet, not much it would be like one tablespoon of olive oli or flaxseed oil to your 2-3 meals. Don`t take only Tribullis, it is better to buy some sort of Stack like Animal Stack 2 than Tribulis + oxo6+ ZMA should do the job. But watch out, personally I find myself sleepy after using test boosters so I use them befor going to bed

You don't "need" tribulus. Before looking to supplements, I would take a look at your work/sleep cycles, meals, etc. Don't rely on supplements--figure out what the problem is first and address that.

I hear ya man, shift work fucks everything up. If you've got a set rotating schedule you could try working out at different times when your working one shift. Find what works for that shift and write it down so you know what to do every time that shift rolls around.
