hey i take about 48 grams of protein thru shakes.
i noticed that my growth was better taking M-Stak..
right now im doing the cuts but i feel like im shrinking alittle
i dont look as big...i dont think its making me lose muscle. but i dont get to eat much .
however my strengh has grown so
what the hell is going on

Diet is accustom to your personal stats. If you wanna give me your stats I'll do the best I can to help you out.

You need to make sure you eat enough that your body isn't going completely catabolic and storing everything into fat.

-I'm 6'4 214 atm while cutting
On my cut I still have to eat about 2300-2600 calories a day. Mostly protein, I cycle my carbs (high and low days) and around 25% fats. You need to make sure you eat ALL clean food. This plays a HUGE role.

Getting a lot of protein will help ensure that you aren't burning muscle for energy. All your meals should be protein based except for 1 or 2. (6-8 meals a day). DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!

Do cardio twice a day while taking cuts 20-30 minutes before you start. My best results have come from speed walking uphill (incline on treadmill).

Your probably not hitting it right with your diet, that's why you are losing muscle along with fat.
