if anyone has a fat burning diet, id appreciate it, ive tried it all and i have some fat that just wont go no matter how i train. im open to some new diets if any brothers has something send it to me or post it. thanks brothers,

If it is serious you can should get a thyroid check done performed by your doctor.
However if you were REALLY dieting and training you'll see results. We all need more info from you: current weight, experience training, BF%, height, training program, diet, somatype. Stuff like that

For cutting, I suggest anywhere from -200 to -500
