So here I am shifting back into the offseason. By that I mean the time for me to pack on some pounds. Now is the time I go ballz deep. Go beyond what's comfortable. If you've been outside lately you know it's blistering cold. That is one of the difficulties I face right now. I go to the gym around midnight, by the time I am dragging my ass out the door i'm drenched in sweat. The sweat already forming icecycles by the time I get to my car. Really it isnt until the morning that the true test starts. Can I force down 12 eggwhites & oatmeal? I start off just fine shoveling in as many as I can with out thinking about it. Thats good until I have about 3 eggs left. I try to shovel them in, but now I get hit with the stench of the eggs. All I can picture in my mind is a dirty ass chicken shiting out a crusty egg. I chew on determined not to give in. I gotta finsih it all. Then I feel the texture in my mouth. Sorta resembles tapioca. All I can think about now is swallowing this mess without puking. I manage to do so, but thats what I look up and see my oatmeal staring at me. He we go for round two. It is battles like this that we must face everyday in order to reach a bigger and better version. Can I push my stomache, my body, and my mind to go further than they wanted to go? The gallon of water a day is cake, but by the time I should have my 2nd protein I cant even stomache the thought. Another struggle of mine is choking down the Animal Pak & Pump everyday. Almost makes me think about how cool it would be if Animal make its own energy drink. I can picture it now Black can with white lettering All it would have on the front would be the Animal "A" and below that say "Animal." It would have all of the vitamins that are in Animal Pak in the drink.
