As far as getting bigger goes..... You cant be afraid to lose those abs for the offseason, a little bit of body fat isn't going to kill you bro. Eat, Eat, and Eat some more...

Well for maximum muscle growth you need to have a caloric excess. Now it doesn't matter how clean you eat, if you have a caloric excess you will gain fat.

gaaah!!!
just. friggin. eat.
having 'tone' is not for people who seriously lift. in fact, i don't think i've ever used the word 'tone' in my entire life. until now. thanks.
eat - lift heavy things - rest - then, eventually, you'll be able to diet and take the fat off, leaving muscle mass behind. gaining muscle w/o fat is a physical impossibility for almost every human being. that includes you.
aim for about 4500 calories a day split into 10 meals or so.
to reiterate: JUST FRIGGIN EAT. abs are for summer.
All the boys are right man. JUST EAT!!! Eat a lot of clean food, and of course, don't be afraid to induldge every now and then.

Right IronLeague. What's more important--getting bigger to getting abs? If you're afraid of losing abs, then you probably won't meet your expectations about getting bigger.
