yo brothas quick question i am currently bulking and have been for some time now should i add a cutting phase every now and again because i will just continue to bulk for as long as it takes until iam at my desired goal i was just wondering bout this and should i add more cheats to my diet i already am eating like a motherfucker every 2 hrs and legit meals no fuck'n empty cals if your on a bulk diet do you gain a few lbs a week or is it a few a month thanks guys
p.s. i dont compete so there may be no point of getting cut

Thats a personal question. Do you like being fat or no? And by fat i mean "not able to see abs" cuz anything above 4% is *fat* for a Bodybuilder. lol JK

But it really is a personal choice. Would you like to see what you really have underneath? Then Cut down. You might be surprised how much smaller you actually are, or that your chest needs some major work... etc.

i was asking for mainly a health question like is it better for my body if i stop packing it in with food everyday and give it a break by cutting but i was wondering why should i do that if i dont compete thanks

You wouldn't give your body a break if you started cutting. If anything the other way, cutting and then bulking would be giving your body a break.

thanks karmazon that is true because cutting is way more harder on the body than bulking i have no idea why i didnt think of it that way

i wouldnt say it actually is. Think how much strain is placed on your organs and digestive system from eating shit loads every 2 hours.

if i were you i'd keep at it the way you are right now....just toss in some light cardio a few days a week to promote leaness (if that's a word) and you'll be fine..... not to mention dieting sucks..ha

ya i think ill go twice week for just a little bit for the "leaness" not to get cut but for overall health

gas can u fuckin pussy if u wanna be "healthy" do some yoga and only eat vegtables and soy cubes. haha just kidding bro id say like one week outta every othe month cut you carb intake in half and up ur cardio just to lean out a little, you know lean enuff to tie you own shoes! haha later bro
