Machines Number One

Brothers of all ages, Hi to U. Dont have much words rite now, this ones specially for all those who are highly inspired by Machine, who workout with the same Exuberance, same passion and dignity as he does.
Brothers if u have any words, any praise, any quote in Honor of Machine, let it comin cos this here is a great oppurtunity to avail
HERO IN OUR HEARTS
You've been in our house, every week, for years,
and now with this tragedy, all we have is our tears.
We may have been your fan, we may have not,
But in all of our hearts, you held a big spot.
You were the best of the best, the cream of the crop,
You would never give up, you would never stop.
You were the Intimidator, The "Man In Black"
You raced your heart out, you could tear up a track.
7 time champion, friend, Motivator and Pursuer
How could all of this greatness come to an end
We can't imagine a race without you
But we will continue, you would want us to.
It won't be the same, not now, not ever
But in our hearts you will race forever!
God Speed, Machine!

If nobody minds asking, what happened to Machine?

There is a philosophical awareness to everything Machine writes. He is continually seeking to master his body, but he is also striving to perfect his mind-- and that speaks to me more than anything or anyone else.

One day , maybe soon ,I'll tell you what happened to me....
Really though , LIFE HAPPENED.... Thats what always happens , and thank the Gods for it. I never needed anyone to keep me grounded because life was always right there to kick me in the dick. I am more than grateful that the tests I have endured prolonged my journey. The road makes the man....The road with all of its slopes and bends. All of its grit and sweat made me what I am right now , right here. I want to tell everyone the whole story but not now.....Not now. The truth remains. The truth always remains non negotiable. My truth is that I am here , I am not dead and I am not done. I believe a man should always do what he set out to do. I intend to follow the path I always have and I hope it is 10 times harder than expected. This is the gift of life...How many people do you know that are alive but not LIVING. I have been blessed with the gift of life through survival , strife and pain. I wouldnt trade places with Ronnie Coleman in a million years. I hope you all understand what I mean.

June 2: “Ten Things”
Sessions of absolute torture? Brothers, they are an irreplaceable rung in the ladder. Here are some things that have helped me in pursuit of my goals and helped me stay in line when I wanted to slip into madness. This is what you must do before you can use all these fancy ass routines you read about every month. This is exactly how I got through those days, nights, weekends, holidays, injuries, and beautiful glorious agony. Stay focused and don’t quit before it all unfolds.
1. Believe in one person: Yourself. Everything flows from that pool.
2. Don’t be afraid of pain. It will teach you.
3. Define your surroundings; don’t let them define you.
4. Don’t be a fucking pussy. Life hurts. So does loneliness, and so does change. But they are all necessary to your growth.
5. Don’t add extra fat to your diet for calories.
6. Make things happen. Don’t wait for them.
7. Lift for gains, not glory. Control your ego and the weight.
8. Don’t count protein grams from nuts or grains.
9. Quitting is a habit, as is winning and losing. The second two happen to everyone. The first one should never happen to anyone.
10. Lead by example. Never become someone you aren’t proud of.

Hey man dont be scared, its a tribute i worked hard to create it
I wouldnt trade places with Ronnie Coleman in a million years. I hope you all understand what I mean.
With all due respect machine. Life is a freakshow is what has motivated me to take my training seriously. With so much energy and intensity.
To me it sounds like your taking some time off. Without stirring up a debate or getting banned. What machine is saying is using the amount of aa's to get to the level of mr coleman isn't worth the risk of losing your life. I hope you haven't had any medical complications to force you to back down. I hope it was just a realization that no one can stay in the big leagues forever. If anything continue to train even without the assistance of any foreign substances.
Strength and Honor.

Okay Machine, you are THE reason that I have stuck with this game as long as I have. I still remember coming across the website for the first time, and reading "Freakshow" -- that's all I needed for motivation. I did searches for other articles that you'd written, and they were all inspirational. In fact, your poster of "Get Out Of My Face" was the first poster I ever bought. The best part of them all is your no-bullshit, straight to the point words -- tell it like it is, bro! Hope you're back soon.

The way this thread started out I thought a we had lost a Brother. Glad to know you're still alive. Whatever has happened, you've already proven that it won't hold you down.
"Shut Up and Train" remains the only poster I own. It hangs across from my bed and it's the first thing I read every day when I wake up. Can't thank you enough for the motivation and words of inspiration.
My personal favorite is when the uniformed look at the veins and definition in your legs and say things like, "That's gross". I just grin and think to myself, "That's fuckin Animal!".
Thanks Brother.

I just want to tell you a few things that are relevant to this disscussion , the only reason I will is because of who you guys are. Otherwise I wouldn't even reply. As I write this and with the knowledge that I wieghed in at 313 on my doctor's scale today , it's man up time!!!!!
I have dealt with serious issues , I am not dead. I am nowhere near dead. I am becoming reborn to surpass what I once was. This lifestyle is costly and makes demands on your health especially when you play for keeps. I play for keeps and I am not sorry for what I have wrought. Tomorrow will dawn a new day to pursue the challenges I have always clawed toward. The game plan has only changed to the extent that I wont allow the sport to use me up. I am not done with this sport , I am invigorated by the new demands I put upon myself. I am training twice a day. You are in my thoughts. I remain as I always have.....Down For LIFE !!! The shirt says "I pay my dues every day , Do You ? ". I wear that across my heart. I am not pretty ...but my pain is. I am not old , but there are lines in my face. I'm in the shadows , but I am as real as a mutherfucking heart attack!!! Trust this ...I am HERE to stay. Thank you for having my back , I wont forget it...

Yea Machine I'm glad that your OK. Tell the truth your articles are the ones that got me hooked to this site.... Cause I used to lift and feel like the whole world didn't understand how I felt and why I lifted until I started to read ur articles. I was shocked to see that someone else felt the same way I did when I lifted......"A savior, a demon." lol although I am not nearly your size. But neways just glad ur alright man and keep doing wat ur doing and take care of ur HEART..... Peace God Bless!
Thank you for the fucking kicks in the nuts, Machine, and thank you for leading the way, bro.
We all need someone to slap us hard on the fuckin face and show us the true way to do things. You did just that.
