View Full Version : When to add M-Stak?

My current Paks/routine is:
Animal Pak every morning w/ breakfast
Animal Flex every day w/ lunch
Animal Pump: 30 min pre-workout; (on non-training days, when I first wake up)
Animal Nitro: Immediately pre and post workout.

I'm strongly considering adding M-Stak into the mix to blast me through some plateaus. I workout at night and always take the stim (red pill) out of the Pump pre-workout so I'm not up all night.

I've seen posts saying M-Stack 45 minutes pre-workout, then Pump 15 minutes later. I've seen others saying that M-Stak should be taken 2-3 hours apart.

What's everyone else doing? When should I insert M-Stak?

take the pump 30 min before and the mstak 45 min before workout. that worked great for me, and it's what animal customer service recommended when I called them up and asked.

I'd done Pump for about two months. Took some time away from Pump in December and over the holidays since my routine got all screwed up with travel - and am probably a week back into it. Nitro, I've been absolutely consistent with and am about midway through my second can.
My sticking point is chest. I've made some gains, but I'm not satisfied. I've been playing around with my exercise order and reps/weight, but I feel that I'm stuck.
