I'm currently 236lbs and 6' feet tall w/30% BF!!!!

I'm juss trying to get my bodyfat down more than anything without having to sacrifice the muscle that I have. I have pretty good genes when it comes to my body type so I dont really look like I'm 236 however I dont look much lighter! So all I want is some feed back from my brothers here on Animal...Get at me brotha!!

I would reccomed a shitload of cardio for 8 weeks high reps with the iron and eat very clean. Carb up only weekends. But realy focus on the cardio. every two hours have a clean source of protein and drink atleast 4 litres of water a day.

10000% agree, I once was a slopy 280lbs, I sat at a desk for a living and I was miserable. Drink a gallon of water a day portion out your meals so you satisfy your hunger 6 times a day and lots of cardio. Bro you don't need to kill yourself at it just do what's comfortable for you the first week and step it up every week, don't go so easy that you never sweat either. You will make it bro, I did

Its way easier to put on than take off. Watch your carb intake and keep bumpin your cardio from week to week. you'll get there.

me and you are about the same bro in weight and height. From eating alone you can loose good weight the cardio can cause you to loose good muscle if you do not eat enough. I have cut it because I was loosing to much weight I got down to like 218 man I am eating clean and my body fat went down from 34 to now is close to 20.
