I know we need frequent adjustments to keep our backs in check. My first appt is saturday.

How often do you go for an adjustment?

ive never been to one... are they that helpful? shit, i dont think there's even on in my town and i dont even know where the closest chiropractor is around here... there aint much around where i'm from. When we have back problems i guess we just kinda deal with it... probly not the best idea tho.

I used to go all the time but stopped a couple years ago. Everytime I lay down at night it feels like theres so much pressure built up on my back so I really need to get back to seein one.

i think i'm gonna try to go atleast once to two times a month. i'd rather have frequent adjustments than a lingering problem that gets worse.

Every saturday morning, and i'm not even a big believer in all the natural healing stuff, but I gotta say I feel better after each visit.

I have never been to a chiropracter and i think i should start going. But even if i do i would probably go if i get hurt, which i doubt because i put my ego away when i train but u never know what can happen. I will start going once a month.

I am a Chiropractor and it really depends on the individual. If you hurt yourself don't sit around for a month or two before you go in. You need to get in within the week, and if you go to a Chiropractor who doesn't understand what it is that you do and why you lift the way you lift then find one who does. Otherwise you might go once a week to once a month depending on how much training affects you. It will help with the recovery process.

I suggest you go either before of after a leg or back day. Going before leg day will allow you to make sure your pelvis is aligned for squats. Don't go on the 2nd day after these workouts if possible because I have found for myself that the adjustments just don't hold as well vs. going in the immediate next day after the workout.

Otherwise, just go when you can because it will make a difference in your training in the end.

I prob don't go nearly enough...my bones seem to do fine cracking on their own..getting old you know...I should make an appt...but they are so not touching my neck! I cannot deal with the neck cracking thing at all. Freaks me out!
