I work out in the mornings from 5:30 to 6:45 every morning before school. I fixed up my routine and decided it looked perfect to stick with. My goals are to get huge and strong, but enough with the talk.

THURSDAY
bent over rows- warmed up with 125lbs. for 2 sets of 12, then did 2 sets at 135lbs. and then 2 sets at 130lbs.. My biceps got too weak but I made sure that I squeezed my back every single rep.

1 arm DB rows- did my 3 sets with a 50lbs. DB, I might be able to go up a little bit on these, and I am thinking about switching them with something else, but I don't know what to switch with.

wide grip chins- 4 sets to failure, nice...

rack deads- I had the rack at the top of my knee cap, so is it better there or farther down? I had to work with my grip but I managed to hold out doing 4 sets with 215lbs. I need to go up a little with these in weight but my grip will give out so... These were a nice finisher though.

You were right NaturalG, my traps were on fire the WHOLE time. I was a little dissapointed though because my back wasn't necessarily pumped or burning (except on the warm up). Maybe lower the weight a TAD bit and do reps in the 8-10 range? Keep in mind, I am trying to get bigger and stronger. Also, I drank half the dosage of Cytogainer and my stomache hurt the whole workout so maybe I shouldn't take it alone or on an empty stomache?

I take all of that back. Today, I was sooo sore. So I am going to keep the rep range.

FRIDAY
Smith machine (I work out alone for now) front military press- 5 sets. 1 warm up set @ 95lbs. for 10 reps, 2 @ 115 and then 2 @ 105lbs. I am going to switch up and do behind the neck military press for 4 sets and then these for 3 sets. But they burned really nicely.

standing behind the neck press- 3 sets, 1 @ 95lbs, 1 at 90lbs, 1 @ 85lbs. These burned sooo bad.

DB military press 3 sets @ 25lbs dumbells but these were way too easy so after those I did 1 last set with 35lbs. dumbbells

rear laterals off an incline bench- 4 sets @ 15lbs. DB's. I needed to up the weight with these too.

My shoulders are definately my weakest point, and those numbers make me sick, but I left my ego at the door and really don't care because as I am getting bigger and stronger, those numbers don't matter to me right now.
