Brothers and sisters, this is my rant.
I walk down my streets and I see the poor and the weak on the sidewalks. Everyone passes them by, they act like they are an affliction that is best not touched or noticed. Now it comes to me, these people, the weak and the unfortunate, they deserve our help. We are Animals, we are the top tier athletes and the people who give are all, yet we are also human beings. All of us have been through hard times, and we have all pulled through. Those of us who didn't have the strength to do it ourselves did it with the help of others. My question is, how many of you animals are tough enough to help out another brother or sister, how many of you can support the weight of another without being dragged down. If you do volunteer leave a story of such here. And if not, I challenge you, to give a lending hand to someone in need. We are Animals, we are on top, let's show the world what we can do.
Peace.

I agree brother, and I do give to my fellow man. But I have my rules...heres a situation that I've been through a couple of times.

Someone asks me for change politely then I will most likely give it, if someone follows me or runs up to me asking for change then I won't give anything. I also won't give to someone whos got a cig, beer, drug any of that shit in their hands. I don't give to the homeless...I give to the needy not the alcoholics, addicts and people who make no effort to straighten out their life, thats not saying I haven't carried countless drunks off the road, drove hookers to a shelter etc.

The way I see it (in this city at least) is theres more entry level jobs then there are people, if you can't wash your face and make an effort then don't be begging me for money and if your going to be spending my money on filthy habits that only push you further into the gutter then don't expect anything the second time.

IMO a little healthy motivation to most of the people will help clean up thier lives more then change for a "coffee".

Bro, I understand what you mean with the homeless. There are quite a few who have serious problems that they need to deal with. What I am talking about more so, is giving a helping hand to a fellow man. To often people walk past a man or woman in need simply because they don't want to slow down. What I want to see is my brothers in iron here, I want to see them offer their help to others, it doesn't matter who or for what.
