whats up fellas...just got back into the swing of things after a long layoff due to injury, so im at the weight of 175 pounds....anyway..

a) as for carbs in my diet, im aiming for 1.5x my bodyweight, so around 260g a day...any one have better judgment and would rather I go for 2x my bodyweight?

b) After training im going with 50g dextrose, 50 g Whey......I've seen some go with 80grams Dex and 50 whey in that ratio, any tips on which one to stick with? its a small difference I know but to me makes a big impact over the long term.

Gona stick with 16x my bodyweight in cals, approx....see how that goes.
And just to mention, im one of those who has to fight for each pound of muscle mass, some would label me hard gainer, but I dont beleive in that word.

thanks

If you have trouble putting on weight then 260g of carbs probably won't be enough. I'd say shoot for over 200g of protein and eat as many carbs as you can without adding excess fat. 50/50 post workout seems okay for a start, too. You just have to experiment with the diet. A lot of people don't like to hear that but everyone is different.

Put down a good meal of complex carbs and a high amount of protein to start off. You'll have to experiment with how your body's reacting to the diet to know for sure. As with me, I need a ton of carbs to put even half a pound on, so I prioritize carbohydrates in every meal.
