Hey brothers!
Just wanted to give you the rundown on my first m-stak (old one) cycle for what it's worth.
First off, this is a fantastic product, way to go Universal!
I am also using Pak, Flex, Nitro-G, and an unnamed company's N02 and Creatine product.
My diet has been extremely clean, but definately not high enough in calories. I can guarantee you that your results will be better if you eat a ton of good calories. (I was probably only topping out at 2500 cals/day, you should probably shoot for at least 3000 to really bulk up).
I gained about 5-7 lbs on my cycle, mostly good muscle mass. Very little fat that I can see, however, it did nothing for my definition -- remember, this is a bulk, not a cut!! My strength gains have been fantastic, and have increased my lifts by 10 lbs on isolation movements like laterals and curls, and 20-30 lbs on compound movements like presses and squats.
If you are looking to gain muscle, add M-Stak to your arsenal! Just make sure your diet is in lockdown, and be prepared to push yourself in the gym.
Remember, you only get out what you put in. And supplements only supplement good practices already in place!
Highly recommended -- thank you Universal!
Will start on my second cycle, this time with the 'new' M-Stak and Pump in a week!
Peace,
Mark
