17 weeks out...

I've worked long and hard to get where I am... It's time to strip away everything and see whats underneath.


October 27th, I will be competing as a Middleweight in the Red River Classic in Norman, OK. Here is where I will record my training, diet, thoughts, and whatever else I feel need be.

This will be updated quite frequently, and progress pics will be posted as time progresses.



TRAINING: Hard and Heavy... Not gonna change. Gotta give my body a reason to keep hard earned muscle. Cardio 3x a week for 20mins. My lifting is really taking care of early fat loss, as I burn major calories with my intensity.


DIET: As of right now, it is just clean... Not really counting calories, just keeping it real clean at 6meals a day. About 12 weeks out, diet will be very meticulous. NO CHEAT MEALS.


SUPPLEMENTS:

Animal Pak
Animal Cuts
Animal Pump
BCAA's
L-Glutamine


This will be my first contest, and there will be some major competition there, as it's a National Qualifier. This journey will be long and hard.... Wouldn't have it any other way.

Looking for a new gym... Anyone know of a good one in KansasCity that allows heavy deadlifting, and also allows their members to lift with some intensity and enthusiam?!

Weight: 191lbs... Down from 206.


I'm feeling good today... bloated as hell, but good. Had my first cheat day in over a month last night. =)


Strength is stagnant... better than going down i suppose.


Taking today and tomorrow off for some much needed rest.

I started that M-stak..that stuff rocks and would be beneficial to you now. Didnt you test run with us that time anyway? Im waiting for my Stak2 to stack it with. I had fantastic results on the M-stak when I was dieting..Im feeling even better effects now that I am eating a normal diet with it!

I will be back to check on you...post pics to show a starting point!

I attended that show last year in Norman (I was a student there). It was a fun show to watch, but had some big boys! It's not a tested show either. Good luck with your training, not sure if I'll make it this fall to see the show or not.
