ok, so people tell me that i should be taking in the same protein to carb ratio pwo as i should post cardio, however, i'm carb cycling right now, with 4 days low 2 medium, and 1 high day.
on my low carb days, how should i be mixing my post cardo or pwo shakes?
ps. my protein is whey isolate from sci-fit, and ir's only 4 g's of carbs

dont be afraid to have more carbs post workout than post cardio... a little maltodextrin say .33 grams pp of lm mass... (bodyweightx.33)

you don't really need carbs if your dieting, you can have some, I just don't think you need to spike your insulin post workout when cutting.

yeah, i wasn't sure if i shoudl've been spiking it or not when cutting, i wasn't sure.

what's the typical cycling scheldule you guys do?
