I weigh about 200 lbs with 12% body fat and I am 5"11. I like to lift heavy and work with all rep ranges. I dont have a plan that i follow because everyday I enjoy coming into the gym and surprising the shit out of myself of what I am capable of doing. Today is sunday and i am ready listening to heavy metal and on my way to the gym to workout Chest and Biceps. Well brothers i took in my supplements and got 4 meals so far. I am off to the dungeon i'll post my workout in a little while. Funny thing is my dungeon is right under the regular gym were all the "normal people" train in there beauty parlor. But if you head downstairs its totally different world, its my world.

Damn I got a little sick nuthing major just a little runny nose and coughing a little as well, but i wont let that stop me. I started with a good warm and stretched more then usual cause of me being sick and all. I did

Dumbbell Bench Press- 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
(2 warm up sets with 55's just to get a little blood there)
80's x 12, 85's x 10, 90's x 8, 95's x 6, 100's x 4
I dont know why but i had blood coming out my nose and my face didnt even turn red and i felt fine so i continued.
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press- 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
70's x 12, 75's x 10, 80's x 8, 85's x 6, 90's x 4

From this alone my chest feels like its about to rip open. By the way i just broke two records i never hit 100's for the flat bench and 90's for the incline. Sometimes when I am tired or a lil sick i get this feeling like i aint doing enough and all this energy unleashes the animal with in me. The heavy metal continues blasting in my dungeon and i feel great, i dont even feel as if i am sick, I press forward with weighted dips. For the beginners out there if you lean your body forward you will hit chest more so thats what i did here.

Weighted Dips- 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
25 lbs x 12, 35 lbs x 10, 45 lbs x 8, 60 lbs x 6, 70 lbs x 4
Now I am tired as hell my whole body is sweating i feel like I am doing cardio lol, but we cant stop now. I press forward once again finishing off with flys and pullovers.

Flat Bench Flys- 5 sets of 8
I stuck with the same weight and felt the pump tremendously now
40's x 8
Pullovers- 5 sets of 8 I used the same weight again
70 x 8

I decided not to do biceps this day because they are still soar from last time and i dont want to over train them so i will end up putting it on a seperate day with triceps.

I got home and let me tell you it is frickin cold outside but for some reason i didnt feel it my body was warm from the workout. Iam walking slowly wondering whats gonna happen tomorrow at my workout and everyones walking fast but the steel warmed me up as usual. Tomorrow is going to be back and most likely i will try to beat my deadlift record which is now 405 and i believe i can do 435.

The greatest part today was i got motivated to train hard because of this old man who was training with light ass weights, and i realized once again it aint about the weight. This old man was challenging himself and you can tell from his stretch marks that he is an animal as well, hell age is just a number so press forward brothers and dont let anything stop you, failure is not an option advance and conquer. Yesterday i was sick and today i am worst. I have a headache now, but i cant stop now. We only have 52 chances to hit every body part, and i cant let my BACK fall behind. I drank this immune boosting tea of some sort it seems to help. I am going to drink another one and head down to my dungeon, but of course i will bring some hand sanitizer because i dont want others to get sick because of me even though very few train in my dungeon, but the few are Animals like myself and i wont be the cause of slowing them down. I have to stay focused because honestly iam in no state of going to the gym, but fuck it this is what seperates us from everyone else. If i go a day without feeling the pump i will go mad, i wont be able to control myself.
I am going to do deads, barbell rows, t-bar rows, weighted pull ups, and weighted close grip pull ups. Its time to grow wings, i'll post my workout after i get home. Its gonne be a long night.

Sucks about gettin' sick, I hate that crap. Don't push it too hard in the gym and you'll recover fast though. Keep up the good work.

Did not make it to the gym today i vomitted twice, my headaches got worst in the morning, and most of all ive been coughin real hard so i stayed home, but i feel much better now . Thanks for the motivation guys. I will just have to do back tomorrow and switch up my schedule so that i will hit everybody part. I dont want to get other ppl sick in the gym so i will wait till tomorrow to go to the gym. Train hard and dont stop fighting.

Damn I feel great this morning, my sis gave me some herbal tea that boosts the immune system and helps recover quickly thank god. Let me tell ya yesterday missing the gym pist me off. But I am going to change it a little and by the end of the week i will be back on track. I woke up today 6am and i felt great.

I had 12 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 glass of orange juice.

I am on my way to the store to buy some whey because i thought i had a third case, but damn i only had two and didnt realize so i now I am on my way and hopefully i will get Real Gains, Iam going to try that out. Note: I hardly use supps, but I will begin starting now to experiment and improve my physic. I am not going to be loading up on supps because without it i have been growing. The only thing I am going to get is Real Gains, and probably BSN No Explode for creatine. So today will be my very first day on creatine and i plan to use it for 8 weeks and take off 4 weeks.

Today I will hit back and i will be doing:
Deadlifts, Barbell Rows, T-Bar Rows, Wide Grip Lat Pulldown, and Close Grip Lat Pulldown.

I always switch up i dont like doing the same exercises all the time but if i feel a great pump i will log it down as one of my favs and i will do it again in the future.

Iam planning on beating my record deadlift of 405, and i think i will probably because of the creatine. I did my research and i know it will boost my strength up. Well I am off to the store.

I didnt end up buying the creatine in the GNC next to my place even though it was on sale still to damn expensive. I went to the gym and realized i dont need creatine to beat my damn records. And so i set forth inside and this time i was psyched and fired up. I started with Deads, my favorite workout.

Deadlifts- 8 sets of 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

185 x 7
225 x 6
275 x 5
315 x 4

and damn it i only made it half way up but thats an improvement cause last time i didnt get it off the floor 435 x lol half a rep i guess.

Some young kid who just started training walked up to me when i was hitting 3 plates and i felt bad but while i was lifting he asked me how much weight that was and i ignored him, the dude walked away in the end of the workout i couldnt find him. I guess i will find him next time and tell him that i wasnt being rude its just well i dont talk when i frickin train.

Barbell Rows- 7 sets of 15,12,10,8,6,4,2 I went up to seven cause the first three felt like a warm up and i felt nuthin.

I decided to take the rest of the week off. Because the more i go to the gym the sicker i become, so I am just going to take off and get healed up. Plus its been a while since i took off.

This sickness inside me is just eating me alive, today was one crazy day. Everytime i coughed i felt my heart, i cant seem to catch my breath. Everytime i breath in, i end up coughing hard. Been blowing my nose all day. going to the gym is out of the qeustion.

I am back baby and I aint sick anymore. I havent been for a few days, but didnt have time to post my journey cause college started. My schedule is insanly retarded. I started training in my schools gym and they dont have dumbbell going over 100 lbs and they only have 8 plates of 45's. For now this is enough for me but happens when i wanna do leg presses and i get stronger on my squat and deadlift. I usually dont stay on the same for too long. I am going have to find another gym in this area.

Like i said i worked out in school and i was going light cause i just recovered , but still had a great workout. I was doin deads for 315 by 10 reps, and everyone was starin at me in the gym like it was there first time seeing that. Not many train hardcore and not many no how to train with great form. But the first day i trained so many ppl came up to me while i was training askin for advice and i didnt answer except during my set. I had to explain to everyone to go away and that i dont talk when i train.

So i did
Deads 4 sets of 10
Barbell rows 4 sets of 10
Dumbbell rows 4 sets of 10
Seated cable rows 4 sets of 10
Wide grip pull up 5 sets of 10

this was yesterdays workout. Today iam going to do shoulders.

I am starting a new workout called Heavy Duty. It starts tomorrow with the personnel trainer in my gym, and we are gonna do legs at 11 am. After seeing a few videos what it was like I have a feeling its gonna be on crazy ass day.

Good thing is since i got sick and college started i ended up getting more rest then i needed and my arms grew 1/4 of an inch. My back and chest seem thicker, and above my all my lagging shoulders look bigger. So I am going to experiment with this form of training for the next 4 months. If i get great results and see a big improvement then i will be hooked to Heavy Duty. If i dont get results then i will just go back to high volume like i have always been training since day one.

It was an insane workout i was screaming like a mad man, and we did only 3 sets for legs. After we were done i couldnt walk, and i felt for the first time like i was about to vomit but i held it together.

This is how we warmed up and we took no breaks at all. The personal rtainer in my gym wanted to teach me this form of training so he invited me to train with him last sunday 11am. This is what we did:

Warm (no breaks, just one after the other and we did just about the same reps). ALSO NO BELT, NO KNEE WRAPS. This was a test run because i dont know wat i can handle with heavy duty so i went light.

ALSO WHEN WE WERE SQUATTING WE DIDNT JUST GO DOWN AND UP LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES WERE TALKIN REAL SLOW 4-5 SECONDS DOWN ASS TO THE GRASS WHERE I AM ONLY USED TO GOING PARALLEL.

OUR WARM UP
SQUATTING
45lb x 5
135lb x 5

This was in a very high speed fashion.

I was not done and it entered accidentally, like i was saying 4-5 seconds down, hold for 2, and we went up 4-5 seconds for every set. So we finished the warm up and then we did

275lbs x as many as you can in that rep fashion. It was murder i had a crazy burn and when i was done i almost fell on the floor. That is 1 set.

Next we went to leg extensions and warm up in a smiliar fashion. Then we did a superset in the same fashion 4 seconds down, hold 2 and up 4 with

Leg Extensions- 110 x to failure
Squatting- 225 x failure

Three sets and i was dead. That was one of the best leg workouts i ever had. Next time iam sure it will be crazier because this was a test run, iam more then positive i will hit 315 next time.

The thing is you have to warm up alot because with heavy duty you go real heavy and you got to do 6-10 reps but if you can do more you got to bust those reps out.

This is my second week into heavy duty training and the results are amazing.

My arms grew- 1/2 an inch, My Chest is looks thicker, I did a front lat spread pose and i became wider and my back looks thicker, My shoulders and legs grew as well. I recommend everyone out there try this form of training and witness how great it works. I took two days off, and tomorrow i will go back and this time i will speak of my heavy duty training in even more detail. Strength and Honor

Today will be an insane day because following the heavy duty principles I trained last sunday. I took two days off to recover and I have done very well. Iam seeing a few improvements, HOWEVER it could be because of the way i was training in these past few months. So I will continue doing heavy duty if i see results i shall continue. If not, well then to hell with it.

This is my workout for today, remember I have to warm up alot and unleash a shitload of energy.

Damn todays workout was not bad at all, but my bicep was bothering me alot along with my lower back.

So what I did was I unleashed a 1 set of deads real heavy for 10 reps and when i was done i couldnt bend over damn it. I then barbell rows same fashion and pullovers which just blew up my back. After 3 sets my back was so pumped i just couldnt stop. lol so i finished off with reverse pulldowns close grip.

Ive been reading alot on HIT and so far its going fine but the risk of injury is frickin high and today my bicep was just not workin with me.

Other than that I might do this whole month in HIT mode, but if i still feel to much pressure on my bones, joints, etc... I will stop because i dont want to fuck my self up.

College has been kicking my ass, and well this Heavy Duty training ended up not being wat i was looking for. I got injured in my left bicep, left shoulder, and lower back. I got injured so damn hard i couldnt bend over for like 15 minutes. I warmed up alot, I was mentally prepared but sometimes you never know when ur gonna get his in the ass.

I will recover and most likely start training the way I like high volume. Its safer and I enjoy it more. Maybe one day i will come back to Heavy Duty but this will not be the day.

My training will start Monday. Its time to get serious damn it. In the past 2 weeks i only trained 3 times and i just cant take it being away from the gym so damn long. I cant be away from iron that long it makes me go crazy.

I am going to make a new workout, but first i need to heal myself.

ITS TIME TO GET SERIOUS, I CANT BELIEVE I LET MYSELF SLOW DOWN THIS PAST FEW WEEKS.

Iam going to create a kick ass workout right now. Peace

Wow I decided to continue the high intensity training Mike Mentzer style and it is working amazingly. My arms, legs, forearms, are all growing. Tomorrow I will go again and this time i will do legs.

Allright guys for all those that want to know what this new supplement does you will be able to catch here on my log, and another place. I will be training about 4-5 times a week, and on even a more strict diet to hell with cheat meals. I am hoping this new supplement will get here soon. When I get it I will post it that I got it right here.

I got the supplement. Tonight I am going to workout my back, calves, and abs. I always do different things but today iam looking to destroy all these muscle groups. This is what my program for today will look like:

Seated Calf Raise- 4 sets of 12-15
Abs
Bench Leg Raises- 3 sets of 25
Crunches- 3 sets of 25

So far I had my first meal about an hour ago at 8:00 am.

Damn ATP was a lof of fun but my journey continues on. Today was a chest day. My new training partner lasted longer then I expected which is good. This was my workout and by the time I was done unleashing hell my chest was all blown up. Chest is my weakenss in strength

I attemted to do dips 3 times but I went down and never went up. My shoulders were out and I had no more pushin strength. This is the first time I ever did 14 sets for chest I think in a very long time but I guess I hit it very well.

Tomorrow morning at 5am will be legs. This is what my program looks like

Wow what an amazing day. My trainings started at 9am cause thats when the gym opened, but usually my ass is liftin at 5 am. Well my best was 195 x 1.

Today, my partner and I kicked ass and when we were done he couldnt lift his arms and I couldnt press anymore. This is how the workout went:

Bench Press- 2 warm up sets of 20 with just the bar to put some blood in there
135 x 12
165 x 5
185 x 3
200 x 1 thats a record
205 x 1 did it again.
I used up a lot of energy to get to 205 but it was worth it.

Incline Press- 75 lbs x 20
95 lbs x 12
115 lbs x 10
135 lbs x 8

Decline Press- 135 x 8-12 for 4 sets

Machine Flys- 3 sets of 8-12 120 lbs After Decline my shoulders began to hurt so I stopped going heavy on flys and stuck with 120

Machine Hammer Presses- 3 sets of 8-12

Overall a solid workout with a record for myself. Next I am going after 225.

My Goal until the end of the summer is to:
Bench- 275 Currently 205 x 1
Squat- 495 405 x 1
Deadlift- 495 435 x 1

Thanks bro I just finished 2 of em. Damn the class average got worst. Everyone was pist at the teacher for making it mad hard. I am tellin ya i studied my ass off for 2 weeks for this test. But the professor made mad hard, i feel bad for all those who failed cause there probably going to drop it. Well this is life there are worst things out there happenin now.

Also tonight i will follow one of G-diesels leg routine. Someone posted it up and it looked real good.

Oh my, I followed the leg routine from G-diesel's article Wheels of steel. I am not kidding guys this is the real deal. I am soar as hell right now, and it aint even funny. This is the routine:

Squats- 5 sets of 15-8, 1 set of 225 for 16-25 reps. Do counts of 3 or 5, but never stop.

Leg Press/Hack Squat Superset- 3 sets of 10.

Superset Drop Set Leg Extensions- 1 set to failure going through every plate until you reach the last one. Have your partner help you.

Seated Calf Raise/Leg Press Calf Raise Superset- 5 sets of 40/25. If difficult to complete do them separately, and also add weight every set.

Standing Calf Raise/Body Weight Calf Raise Superset- 3 sets of 25. After that do Body Weight each leg on its own, then finish off with both legs.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts- 3 sets of 15, 12, 8.

High Platform Leg Press- 3 sets of 12, 10, 8.

Seated Leg Curls/ Standing Unilateral Leg Curls- 3 sets of 12.

When I was done everything was burning and pumped. When I was walking home I was walking by all these stores and houses with fences, and I was leaning all over them. Great workout. I am gonna be soar for a long time.

It's been one hell of a few days. Every once in a while things get nice and calm, and I can live my life peacufully without any criticism. However, the family got together and I was being attacked. They dont like that fact that I have longer hair then everyone else or the fact that I have a small beared. This is how I like to be and this makes me comfortable. I kind of felt embarressed, until during the conversation I looked at the stretch marks on my forearms. I remembered all the brothers and sisters right here at the forum, and I looked at everyone and I thought to myself "I dont give a damn what you guys want or think. I am an Animal, and I will live my life in a way thats more comfortable for me, and not you. I still respect and love all of you here, and I just wish you guys would respect me and love me the same way my brothers and sisters at the forum do. The sad part is I dont know any of them, and you guys I have known my whole life" I wish I could of said that but then I would have just spread the fire, so I just kept quite and continued eating. I dont like complaining, but this is my log and I have no where else to express my thoughts. Tomorrow is going to be another day at war.

A big thanks to G-Diesel I incorporated a few things from his Back workout in the Training articles.

Pull ups- 3 sets to failure. I did as many as i could on my own. Then my training partner helped push my body up, then he put his hands on my shoulders and pushed me down and I had to resist. So by the time I was done I had wings.
Close Grip Lat Pulldown- 3 sets of 12, 10, 6. Last two reps at the last set I held it for 3 seconds at the bottom.
Pullovers- I just kept piling up another 50 lbs after every set. By the time I was done here my two training partners were some what dead.
Barbell Rows- I was letting my ego get to me, but then I realized I was better off doing 3 sets of 15 with 135lbs.
Dumbbell Rows- 3 sets of 12, 10, 8. Last set I grabbed a 100 lb dumbbell and rowed the shit out of my back.
Seated Cable Rows- 3 sets of 15, 12, 8. By this point I was out.
Deadlifts- 3 sets of 15, 10, 5. I finished off with 315 lbs for 5 reps. Last set was very difficult, I was so tired and dead. Right now my back is soar as hell.

After my back day I hit my shoulders. I stuck with the basics, and overall the workout went well. Tonight I did legs. Nothing crazy just stuck to the basics. I did squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, high platform leg press, and I finished it off with seated calves followed by standing calf raise. I had a very vicious pump in my hams and calves tonight. My back was bothering me during squating, so I stopped doin them and switched to leg presses.

I woke up this morning, and the weather was just beautiful. It was raining like crazy, and I love rain. Rain = No one at the gym but me lol.

I had 10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oatmeal, banana, 2 cups of soy milk. I had this drink it consisted of Garry Nulls Green Stuff, colonial Mineral, flax seed oil. About 1 1/2 tspn for each one. They are all Organic and very nutritious. I took my Animal Pak as well. 45 minutes before the gym I took in my Animal M-Stak, and 15 minutes later I had Animal Pump. (First time trieng out Animal M-Stak.

This is how the workout went, and it was very good to.
Incline Dumbbell Press- 4 sets of 8-5. I worked in the range of 60-65 pound dumbbells.
Bench Press- 4 sets of 8-5. Worked with 60-95 lb dumbbells.
Dips- 4 sets to failure
Incline Flys- 3-4 sets of 8-5. worked with 25-45 lb dumbbells
Bench Flys- 3-4 sets of 8-5. worked with 25-45 lb dumbbells
Cable Flys- brought it to a position where it hit my bottom chest. 3-4 sets of 8-5. worked with 30-60
Pullovers- I tried to do these but by the time I reached this point my shoulders were out. I did one set though with a 40 lb dumbbell just to see if I could handle, but the shoulder pain was just coming in way to much. So i stopped, dont wanna injure myself. Overall a great workout. Well I am off to studying and eating. Peace.

First off today is national chest day which means all leg machines are free. It dont get any better then that.

Life is getting weird now. Inside of myself I have this fire raging, but now it has become like the sun. It's coming to a point where it's more important to go to the gym then study. To spend my money on food, supplements, and gym memberships instead of going out and partying. I know should buy myself some bigger clothes, but if I did I wouldn't have cash for food. At night all I do is dream of hitting the stage, and having one of the best physiques on the planet. I have dreams where I trained with the all the greatest of bodybuilders and power lifters. I would rather do something that deals with our life style then do anything else. I need to reevaluate my life. This hit me out of nowhere. All I wanna do is workout. I don't know why. Every minute of the day I get an urge to go lift.

Tonight is Legs. I will post my workout now instead of later because I have studies to attend to. This is what my routine will look like tonight.
I like to do a lot of sets for all leg exercises because I have trouble warming them up and getting the right feeling for the movement right away.

I will only post numbers not to show off, but to keep track of my progress. Lets not forget this is my journey after all.
Squats- 5 sets of 20-5, 1 set of 135 lbs for minimum of 20 reps. Most likely I will go higher. I will try to hit 345 for 5 tonight
Leg Press- 5 sets of 20-10. Every set I will throw up 2 plates each side. If I hit 20 plates for 10 then I will do another set of those.
Hack Squat- 6 sets of 20-10 go up to 3 plates and a quarter each side
Leg Extensions- 3 sets of toes touching of 20 reps. I will work with about 170-220
Leg Extensions- 3 sets of of toes apart of 20 reps. same here

Stiff Leg Deadlift- 4-5 sets of 20-10. I will work up to 2 plates and quarter perhaps
High Platform Leg Presses- 4-5 sets of 20-10. I will work my way up to 24 or 26 plates all together. The machine holds like 28 or 30 plates. After that I will have to throw people up there.
Leg Curls- 3-4 sets of 20-10
If my hammies are not fried up to this point, which I know they will be. I might do Standing One Legged Curls- 3 sets of 20

Seated Calf Raise- 5 sets of 10-6. I will go heavy for this exercise.
(Props to G-Diesel for this part of the calf routine & the high platform leg presses. Never did them until I read his wheels of steel article)
Standing Calve Raise with a dummbbell in my hand. 5 sets of 25 reps. After that I do it with one leg for each leg without weight. Then I will use both legs, also without weight just bodyweight.

G-Diesel's calf routine, the original one cause i switched mine a bit, had such a shock to my calves that they grew an inch in one week. Pure vicious. Those types of muscle reactions are rare.

My breakfast today was some what great. It went something like this
12 egg whites
2 cups of oatmeal
3-4 cups of milk
banana
Vegetable juice drink, which I made with my machine thing
Last but not least a cup of water with 1 1/2 tspn of Garry Nulls Green Stuff, 1 table spoonColoddial Minerals ( i think thats how u spell it), 2 table spoons of flax seed oil.
It dont get any better then this. Oh wait it does I also had an Animal Pak. That is a shitload of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs etc... in my body. Thats what I call a power breakfast. I will also have 2 real gains protein shakes today. 2 meals with chicken and rice. After I get home from the gym I will hit meal number 6.

My shoulders have hit a platue. This means its time to unleash hell on them. I am the type of guy who doesnt believe in overtraining, well probably because I like to train crazy lol. Either way its going to be one hell of a workout. Iam going to do 4 exercises only.

Dumbbell Presses- Up the rack down the rack
Side Laterals- Up the rack down the rack
Bent over Laterals- up the rack down the rack
Shrugs- I will do em till I feel like I am dead

I never did this before, but I will tonight to see what happens.

My front delts were still soar so I did back tonight instead. It was a great workout. I did a bunch of power moves, and pulldowns. Tomorrow I will do shoulders, I think by then they shouldnt be soar.

Just an idea, but something which I use to decrease soreness is a hot bath or jacuzzi followed by a good 2-3 hour nap. The heat from the water raises your body's core temperature and when you sleep, you may tend to perspire a bit from the warmth. But it does wonders for me. I think it loosens the fibers and keeps them from tightening like they normally do during sleep. But after that nap, soreness usually stays minimal.

Just a suggestion. Take it for what it's worth.

I enjoyed working out with drop sets today, I had a great workout. Peace

This will be the first time I am going to hit my arms directly. In the past month and half I have not been hitting them directly, and I passed the 16 1/2 inch barrier. I am very close to 17 inches.

SO, I decided to not hit them directly because I felt my bi's and tri's after my chest and back workouts. However, now that i let them really rest and grow out I will now begin to hitting them directly again.

Last night I enjoyed working with drop sets so I will apply it here. I know that coming tomorrow morning there will be a smile on my face cause I wont be able to move my arms. I am going to demolish them.

I will post my workout when I am done. I have a big feeling that by the end of may my arms will be well over 17 inches. Peace.

Thanks for your post in my thread too...I was just kinda blabbing away there. Sometimes, its easier to write what your thinking than to actually tell someone. It is therapy for yourself, you know? I can always go back and see what I wrote and can think more about it (like God, why did I write that! LOL). As I re-read my posts, I begin to see things alot clearer..many things I will not add in my journey. There are only so many things I will discuss openly. I am glad that you saw something in my post that you will benefit from as well...I figured some would relate to what I had written there.

Thanks Toni. There is always something to learn from everyone. Sometimes things like that should be posted even though you didnt want to because I learned something. I learned over these past few days so many things about my father that I never knew before.

Also, I went on bb.com, and I saw you there as bodybuilder of the week. I jumped off my seat screaming "hell yea baby, thats what Iam talkin about, GO Toni!" My parents are like what heck happened and who is Toni? lol. I am happy that you have accomplished your goals. I am more then positive you will reach nationals one day. I am very happy for you. Tonight I went to a party for the first time in months. The minute I got there ppl began to hug and kiss me because I was gone so long. It felt great being back with my old friends. As usual everyone is complimenting my body and qeustioning me why i have a beared and long hair.

Everyone was drunk, and some people were puking. I began to pay close attention to my surroundings. All I saw was alcohol, pizza, and ppl confused and in pain. My friend paid 300 bucks for a hotel room just to pay for the party. He expected everyone to chip in, however he ended up getting screwed over. So I walked over, and I asked him whats wrong. He explained everything, and I gave him some cash. Its not important how much, but I saw a friend who needed help and so I did. I stayed at the party and left after 10 minutes. He thanked me alot and told me not to give since I wasnt staying long. So I told him one day when I need help I hope you can pay me back not with money but with the same kindness and respect that I showed him today.

I learned a lot this night, and this post will be here on my log for many years to come. One day when I look back I will realize that I could of stayed and gotten drunk, and probably did something with a girl wouldnt even remember the following day. I am glad I left to continue living my life with honor and respect not just for myself but for my future family as well. Strength and Honor.

This is my chest workout for April 22 2007 Sunday Chest Day. This is my weakesness, which soon will become my strength. I will obliterate all my records and one day I will bench in the 300 to 400 lb area. I know it aint about the weight but this is my goal, and this is what I want, and this is what I will stop at nothing to acheive.

Incline Barbell Bench- 2 warm up sets with 45lb bar x 20
4 sets of 8-5, Then I will do a drop set with 5 or 6 10 lbers on each side, and I will rep it out until my upper chest gets so pumped that I can put a fuckin cup on top of it.

Bench Barbell Presses- 5 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, I will throw in drop sets but with dummbells right after so not to waste time taking the weights off.

Dips leaning forward- 3-4 sets. I will do them with weights as many as I can, then I will take the weights off and do them with my body till failure.

Incline Flys- 3 sets of 8-5. I will do a drop set here depending on what my body tells me to do.

Bench Flys- 3 sets of 8-5. Same here

Pullovers- 4 sets of 8-5.

Cable Crossovers- 4 sets of 12.

At this point I will throw in some ab training, and then I will do some boxing for 30 minutes.

Strength and Honor. Remember to always fight for what you believe in.

I am very excited, and I hope it goes well. This lifestyle I try to convince myself that its not all I think about, but it is. I am doing well in school, but during classes all I think about is when is my next meal or how the workout will go. When I am picking stuff up at work I do it with my usual deadlift form. I dont know whether this is normal or not. Some people tell me I have bigorexia, some thing where I have a disorder with geting big. For myself I see it as a passion, and perhaps a future career. You never know. I am currently preparing for my first competition, but I dont know which one I will do. I will be bulking till that opportunity feels right to take, and of course I will control my fat %. Well I am off to sleep. I have to wake up early to finish my homework and then head down to work to help out my old man. I will post later how my workout went.

My workout went real well for chest, and towards the end the guy was like were closing the gym. It was only 8:30. It means I had 30 minutes to finish my workout, and let me tell ya i unleashed hell. I am sweating like crazy now.

I will post tomorrows workout now because of my crazy ass schedule that will be tomorrow. There will be a lot of studying happening.

Ok so tomorrow this is what my workout will look like. I usually do a warm up set for the beginning of each workout cause my joints have a big problem getting used to the form. I need to feel it with light weight first and then i will go heavier. That is the reason why i do 7-5 sets were really my working sets are 3 or 4 sets. Better safe then sorry

Leg Extension warm up- 2 sets of 30 (100 lbs some where around there)

Squat- 7 sets of 20, 15, 10, 8, 5, 3, 3 ( I will work with 135-385 lbs )

Leg Press- 5 sets of 20-10, and the last set I will do a drop set removing one plate from each side until to the last plate. I will have several ppl spotting me lol. ( i wont go heavy here maybe up to like 800 or 900 lbs)

Hack Squat- All the way down and all the way up. 5 sets of 20-8. (probably 1-3 plates each side)

Dumbbell Lunges- 4 sets of I dont know i will just keep going till i get tired i guess. ( dont know how much weight i will use)

Leg Extensions (toes touching together)- 2 sets of 20
Leg Extensions (toes far apart) 2 sets of 20
Leg Extensions 1 set and my toe positioning will be neutral. I will start off with like 200 oe 240 and work my way down to the last pin.

24 sets for quads, trust me it aint alot because the first 2-3 sets are warm ups for each exercise. Also I dont believe in over training only under eating.

NEXT HAMMIES!!!

SLDL- 5 sets of 12-8 (135- 225)

High platform leg press- 5 sets of 20-10 ( 800-1000 lbs probably)

Lying Leg Curls- 4 sets of 20, followed by a drop set

CALVES
Seated Calf Raise- 5 sets of 12-6

Standing Calf Raise/body weight calf raise- 5 sets of 30-20

This is my leg workout, and I can sence this is going to be one crazy night. Lots of yelling, and of course I will awake the following day with a smile on my face.... feeling the great pleasure of soarness.

I have about another 4 and half hours to go until i hit my legs. I cant wait till all that acid fills up in my legs, the pump, the feeling of hundreds of lbs on my back while i unleash all hell in the gym. Tonight is going to be my night. I dont give a shit what ppl will think, i will yell alot, sweat alot, bleed alot lol jk.
I can just feel its going to be a long and crazy ass workout. Gotta stay hungry baby. I will be back with the results around 12am or 1am. Cause a workout like that is gonna take a while.

My workout did not go as planned do to time. Today when i was training it was very different from any other night. It was leg day, and I depended on my partner to come and help me out. He didnt show up and so I decided to do it on my own. I was thinking can I train as intense or should i do less weight and more reps. I said to myself, "why should i chicken out just because my partner did not come, i am an Animal" There was lots of yellin and sweating. It was vicious. I was screamin stuff like

"This is Animal Baby" , "Unleash hell", "Ya baby!!" I was loud and it gave me so much energy. Ppl were starin calling me psycho, roid head, etc... I took all that and I threw it into my workouts. It was awesome. I got much stronger.

Leg Extensions- 3 sets of 30, 25, 20
Squats- First 3-4 sets were warm ups
135 x 20
185 x 15
225 x 12

Leg Presses- i went up to 900-1000

Then i SLDL 3 sets of 135 doing more reps every set then before.

Progress Report:

My waist these past few months went from 42 1/2 down to a 39 1/2, while gaining weight. I weighed myself after my leg workout and I was 208. I am guessing if i would of weighed myself before I would be around 210. I am getting stronger as well. My goal is beat my 405 lb squat, 435 lb dead, and my 205 bench press. Peace

Now that time has gone by in the day my legs are not as soar as I expect them to be. I dont know why but my body heals very fast from workouts. Most of the time atleast. I am going to get in as much quality food as I can.

Tomorrow is going to be shoulder day, and this is what my routine will look like.

Seated Dumbbell Presses- 2 sets of 20 for a warm up.
5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4

Seated Smith Machine Presses 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 ( At my last set as soon as I finish the 4 reps I will do a drop set until there are no more plates on the bar)

Front Raises- 4 sets of 6-8

Side Laterals Seated- 7 sets of 20, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4

Reverse Machine Flys or Peck Deck ( I did this at my last set and I got a great pump)- 4 sets of 6-8. I will do one more set after this starting at the heaviest I can go going down my one pin at a time until i reach 20 lbs

Barbell Shrugs- 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, after doing my last set of 2 reps I will continue with drop sets.

I would usually do more, but this wednesday night is the anniversary of my grandfathers death. So to honor him my family is getting together to remember him and speak about him stuff like that etc...

Hey everyone,

One year from today will be a bodybuilding competition in my school. It will be the 4th year that the competition will be held in the school. Overall about 9 ppl compete for 3 ppl in each weight class, as you know there arent many bb's out there in college. Point is I am going to do it. Only problem I got is convincing my father to let me do it, his house his rules. Basically he hates this stuff, and we have a terrible relationship always fighting etc... So if i do it he will most likly throw me out etc.... I dont wanna get into it. With his permission or not I am going to do it. If my father would even see me tanned he will kill me, or even waxed or shaved w.e he will kill me ( Iam not that hairy lol), so I need to get past those two things before I even try to get into the competition. I will do my best, and I believe most likely I can convince him. You see I have great respect for my father because he went threw alot and is smarter then me. I never lie to him nor do I ever want to go against his rules.

GAME PLAN

I believe improving in these areas of my body will bring me into winning the competition a year from now.

1. I am going to improve overall thickness in my entire body because that was something more then half the competitors lacked.

2. I need to have great legs because almost no one had good legs there nor where they cut up or big. They all workout in my schools gym, and my schools gym doesnt have a squat rack or a leg press. Now I know why they have bad legs. I dont workout in school so when it comes to legs I will have an advantage... unless they all realize their mistake and make em better lol.

3. Everyone had great abs. Without a doubt in my mind I must have great abs because without that I will just get killed on stage.

4. As far as shoulders and arms go overall everyone had well developed shoulders and arms. With shoulders no problem, but with my arms I need to improve mainly my peak. My biceps dont go up real high so thats something I will improve. Preacher curls and concentration curls should get that job done. My triceps suck, I need to improve the long head and most of all I need to come in with sick ass thickness.

5. Overall back was great. But I need to have my better lol. I notice no one had a good lower back, and some lacked upper back thickness.

Thats basically it, and thats what I am going to improve.

I was reading through all your posts here and you really do have a good head on your shoulders. I really admire you..your young and you have a lot of heart and dedication and your just really a likeable person.

I know things are tough with your dad..but your of age to make decisions for yourself. Yes, you live under his roof and all but your making solid choices..your not out partying it up, coming home drunk, stoned or beat up from having stupid fights. I grew up with half brothers and sisters and saw all that shit and that is probably why I never did drugs, never slept around, never got into trouble..even though all my friends did.

I think you have to show your dad how self-sufficent and capable you really are. You have so much drive in you and if he cant see it, well...you have to make him see it.

I grew up in a very strict, Italian household. My parents never let me out of their sight and its a huge wonder to me why I never did let loose as a teen with all my pent up frustration of being so confined and isolated from the real world. Today, I still have to prove myself to them because for some reason, nothing I do is ever really enough. But, who am I supposed to please, them or me?

Your workouts here are amazing, your handling business like a soldier...I respect you and I surely wish you the best and most success in your future. I think you are special so don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I think you have to show your dad how self-sufficent and capable you really are. You have so much drive in you and if he cant see it, well...you have to make him see it.

I grew up in a very strict, Italian household. My parents never let me out of their sight and its a huge wonder to me why I never did let loose as a teen with all my pent up frustration of being so confined and isolated from the real world. Today, I still have to prove myself to them because for some reason, nothing I do is ever really enough. But, who am I supposed to please, them or me?

Thanks Toni for all the compliments. I do need to show him I can handle myself, and the weird part is that he can see the type of person I am yet he is harder on me. When our family and friends come by to our home my father boasts about how powerful I am, how big I am, how smart I am, that I go to school, majoring in MBA, that I dont party, I dont do drugs, etc... I literally shit my pants hearing this.

I have a father here who I love so much because he went through hell to support us. He admits infront of everyone that I am a good son and responsible. I go to work and at work I take care of him etc... However he is still hard on me.

Growing up I dont remember once when he gave me a hug or said I love you son. Look at me I am getting all emotional here. I never had a father to talk to, and I believe my dad never did that with me was because his father past away when he was like a young teenager and his father never did that with him. Having no father or anyone to share my emotions with or life I let out everything I got on the weights. That is the reason why I train so hard.

I was never raised like those kids who get candy, bikes, or even presents in general, I never got a present. My father always taught me since I was born to be a leader, live my life with morals, respect elders, etc... This is who I am. Ya in the gym I am a badass, but outside the gym I am a walking respectful angel.

He sees that yet continues to put me down in all areas of life. Whether it be physical, mental, spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally he continues to try to break me. It comes to a point where I watched sad movies with my ex's and I literally had no emotion, they looked at me and said several times, "You remind me of your father, the both of you have no emotions". My father raised me like a soldier my whole life. You cut my dads hand off he will show no emotion. I have seen it myself cause he is a butcher and he cut off his finger. He had no emotion, I stood their in amaze. He just put it back and tied with some string and yarn. He is old school.

How do I go and compete against that? What else can I do to make him believe in me? I am the youngest son he has. My brothers have been threw the same thing and there almost 35. It just seems like an impossible case. This year I am going to go through hell literally just to convince him to let me do a show. Srry for the long message.

I think I am going to gain about 30 lbs in the next 8 months.

I think he was leg pressin like 2250 and hack squats were insane as well. He front squats 6 plates each side. I saw the clip after that one where Ronnie hit 800 lb squat for 2 reps. Dude has some serious strength in his legs especially for a bodybuilder.

Kids are sometimes too funny..too honest too. At my son's school, Justin had gone up to some kid and his dad and was going on and on about me lifting in the gym and having fat muscles right...Justin, my son, looked at the kid and said my mom has way bigger muscles than your dad and the dad just looked at me and I kinda smiled it off, you know how moms do right?

The dad kinda stood straight to bring his chest out and it made his gut really poke out instead, so he arched his back...the kids started laughing and so I kinda just smiled and walked off with Justin..it was hilarious really.

One lady come up to me in the street and said, "God, I wish my husband was in the shape your in!" and she was all looking at me really weird..I said, thanks, I think.

My workout stopped short today because i injured my finger. At the moment it looked broken so i went to the hospital before it got worst.

My finger is not broken thank God. I still cant bend it though, looks like I am going to concentrate on machines more, and perhaps a little more cardio.

The next 30 days is going to be the hardest month of the year for myself. Finals! I know there are harder challeneges in life out there, but at the moment its finals for me. I will most likely be studying many hours, and I have to wake up early to make my meals for the day. I need to stay focused and do my best to survive work, school, and the gym.

I will do my best to post my workouts, but with the minimum time that I have i might miss a few days here and there.

It was really funny when i hurt my finger. I wanted to continue training, but when i showed the front desk he said it was broken. There was this other guy there who was pretty big. He was acting like the biggest woos on the planet. He asked me if it was painful, and so i poked the swolen part, and he began to make these weird faces. The owner thought i was going to sue him. I told him I wasnt and not to worry. He tried to get my information lol. He is probably really worried thinking iam gonna sue him, but i cant wait to go to the gym to tell him it aint broken so he could calm down.

I was thinking about making a prank on him, buy rushing in the gym with an arm cast and holding a paper yellin ill see u in court lol. He would probably shit his pants lol. I'll be nice i wont do it.

Until next week I will keep my calorie intake the same, then I will slowly increase it over an 8 month period. I wouldnt want to increase my calorie intake to fast cause i read it will make you gain more fat.

Thats the best way i can explain it.

The only reason I started seriously improving my lifts is by training intensly at every workout so that my muscles adapt to the training and weight. I used to be stuck on the same weight for like months. For example, squats at one point i hit 405, but after that my squat numbers went down the drain cause I thought I could do it any time so i stopped going intense and I just lost my strength. After going intese for like 3 months I went from 315 x 5 (very hard for me) to a 385 for 4 reps. Thats a big change all because of intesity baby.

Intensity, Intensity, Intensity I just dont know how much I can stress that word but intensity works magic.

Today I did shoulders, and with this messed up finger of mine I didnt go to crazy cause of grip problems. This was my workout. I went lighter then usual, but overall good pump. I used machines most the time cause of the finger. I hate using machines, except for legs.

It was actually funny because I was the biggest guy on the court and everyone who was taking me was just flying away when i jumped for the rebounds. I was laughing the whole time. Some guys tried to push me, and it was just a lot of fun throwing and pushin ppl lol.

The neighborhood that I live in is filled with people from my country. I have not met a single person from my country who trains or lives an Animal lifestyle. They all look down upon me like well...lol an Animal. I smile and I am nice to everyone yet they dont like me. They say all of these bad things about me. I know I shouldnt care, but ppl from my country the news spreads fast about everyone. Everytime I walk in the street everyone knows me from my neighborhood as that weird ass fucked up kid. I only feel happy and at home when I am at the gym. Away from the world.

I wish we had a piece of land maybe Alaska lol where no one is their and we can just have an Animal country where everyone is accepted and feels great day in and out. Just something on my mind.

Some kid came to me today asking me how much I was deadlifting. I just looked at him and was like who cares. I lift as much as I need to get bigger (progressive overload)

Well, as far as owning a plot of land for Animals..hey, why not..with a vision comes ideas and goals..."If your mind can conceive it and your heart can believe it, you can achieve it."

I have plans of opening my own business once I settle myself in NY. I want my health and fitness cafe and I want to promote the Animal lifestyle and maybe feature some Animals and guys from here. You and I can make great things happen...dont ever let anyone think your not capable of achieving what others dream about! Those people that look at us and say what the hell are they thinking? or that we are crazy..they are the ones wishing they had our drive and motivation to get shit done the way we do. You can't hold it against them though...our lifestyle is for a special breed of people. Some one recently told me, we are do'ers and we most certainly are! Just like we all can't be baseball or football players...or good cooks. There has to be that little extra something to push them in that direction. Some have it, many don't.

Thanks guys. All of you motivate me really. When ever I train I just think of this place, and those guys I am going to compete against. I just unleash all hell.

When I was doing that arm workout this kid literally was following me around standing 2 feet away just staring asking a shitload of qeustions. I told him nicely 4 times to go away and I will spend 30 minutes talking to him (Nitro- take 30 minutes after workout) but he didnt stop, so I got mean. I felt bad but it was the right thing to do. I still kind of feel bad sending him away like that.

Today everyone went out to watch spiderman 3, but I know how many hours of sleep I need so I stayed home. I think the theater will get pist if I bring in can of tuna and some other meal in with me lol.

Another thing. My father is motivating me to become a personnel trainer. That made me very happy that finally he has some what of an intrest in what I do and how i live.

To make this weekend even better I am going to do legs tomorrow. This month is going to be crazy cause of finals. However, I am not afraid of them. There just tests, and they do not define me or control my future. I used to always fear these tests. WHY?? Its fuckin paper, and I will not let paper decide my faith. I am an Animal and I was born to demolish everything that will keep me from accomplishing my goals.

I am going to create a sick and painful leg workout tomorrow.

I've been punishing my body for months now. I am going to give it a break for one week. I am going to get plenty of sleep, rest, and lots of meals too. This is perfect because its finals now, and I have lots to study. I will post one week from now.

I am really excited because I have seen some minor changes in my body while taking the week off. I have 2 more days of rest friday and saturday, and then its back to the gym. I created a new split for myself as well. I really want to improve my legs and calves because the way they look now, no way in hell am I even going to place at a show with my shitty legs. My shoulders and arms are lagging as well. Its time to crank this shit up a bit, next three months I am going to unleash everything I got for the most intense and serious training of my life. This is my new split which I will follow for 3 months straight, and my workouts will always change but in small ways:

Sunday- Legs
Monday- Shoulders & Abs
Tuesday- Arms and Forearms
Wednesday- Back & Calves
Thursday- Chest & Abs
Friday- Arms & Forearms

I will try this split for a little while and see how it work for me. After reading Machines first entry in his log I realized that I can upgrade my workouts, trainings, and meals as well maybe not to the same level cause he is a pro, but just a little higher. I wont overdose on all this, but I need to test my body and see what it really can handle.

Your split looks good and I know you will jam pack it up with stuff like you always do. I tend to separate legs though...quads tues, hams and light quads again, (cause I need the quad work), on sat or sun usually.

I find when I split them up, I can dedicate more quality time to each muscle group separatley and I dont get so exhausted so fast. Even on sat or sun, when I do light quads with heavy hams, I find myself burning too much gas too fast, so I would do hams first or the major compound movements first then the dreadful long lasting burn of the smaller sets.

Either way, legs just kill..no easy way to approach a leg day! :)

Thanks for the idea Toni, I think I am going to try that. I will add a light day somewhere in there for quads, and a heavy day for hamstrings in there as well. Thanks for the tip.

Sir J-Werk I am enjoying my vacation a little to much. I've been enjoying the extra sleep and most of all the changes in my body. I think everything got bigger including my waist. I think this next 3 months I will be doing cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes to get my % a little lower because my waist is just outragously to wide.

I just finished my one week vacation, and tomorrow I am going to the gym to unleash everything I have on leg day. It was hard being away from the gym but sometimes its important to let the body rest. I got really amazing results during this phase.

I weighed myself in my underwear and I weighed in at 210 lbs, a gain of 4 lbs. I gained 15 lbs in a month a half. I am not joking. I am not even on steroids and it seems very weird though. I weighed 195 lbs April 1st, and now 15 lbs heavier. I got more stretch marks on my chest and arms though. The crazier part is my waist went down from 42 1/2 to 39 inches. I had very intense trainings lasting each for 2 hrs and sometimes 2 1/2 hrs. I ate 8 viciously clean meals. I took in all my supplements. I have never experienced something like this in my life.

ARMS- My arms are very close to breaking the 17 inch barrier. I have a big feeling that by September 1st I will definalty have about 18 inch arms.

Chest- Became thicker and my upper improved

Legs- They became thicker and wider as well

Back and shoulders became thicker.

Fuckin everything improved and the only thing I am worried about are my calves and forearms which are lagging. I am seriously surprised. The craziest part is I hardly did any cardio and still lost inches. My body is responding very well to this life style. My posing is getting better, and I feel that at the age of 20 I really have a big chance of becoming a natural pro one day. I love this forum, and since Ive joined all I have seen is RESULTS.

I just got back from the gym so I am going to take it easy a bit until I can re adapt to my crazy workouts. Today I didnt do a lot of sets but my pumps were just insane and the burns were vicious.

Front Squat- 75 lbs x 12

Superset: Leg Press and Hack Squat (didnt go heavy but the burn was psychotic, I had to have my friend come and help me push the hack squat machine up)

Then I did some basic stuff for hams and calves. I am going to bring the intensity back up a bit. I finished my workout at 6pm. Its 8 PM now and my legs are still pumped.

I havent done Front Squats in a while or a superset of leg presses and hack squats, but the effect is great. My legs are very soar, and as I was going to manhatten today I walked up this massive flight of stairs and shit I almost fell on the floor. I jus thought of a good leg workout I am going to write it down now so I wont forget for next week.

Front Squat- 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 1 set of 25-35 reps

Leg Press/Hack Squat- 4 sets of 20 / 4 sets of failure I was thinking once I start doing hack squats I probably wont be able to do many full rep ranges. So after I do as many full ones I can I will do half reps followed by quarter reps.

Dummbell Lunges / Leg Extensions- 4 sets of till I get tired / 4 sets of 12 followed by 2-3 drops sets

Squat- 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 & 1 set of 25-35

This is going to kill me lol. Well Finals have officially started and I am not really worried since I am coming in prepared for them. I just cant wait for that day after the finals where I am going to sleep for 8 full hours instead of my usual 4 hours.

I approached my mother about me entering my first contest because she is more understandable then my father. Everyone knows the man is the head of the house and the women is the neck and she can turn it anywhere she wants. Atleast thats the way it works in my place.

So if I get my mother to agree then I know it would be easier to get my old man. Holy crap right when I told her. She froze and cried. I felt like I destroyed my moms soul, I felt like I ripped it right out of her heart. I couldnt stand her being in that state of emotion. She was crieng and I felt like I was killen her. She began to say "why are u doing this, what r u doing to ur life, etc... your gonna die, the shakes will kill u.... I have never seen her so sad in my life. I saw my moms face when my grandma past away, and that was the same face she made when I told her.

I brought up a conversation with my family at the table if anyone from our country has ever done bodybuilding shows. Everyone went psychotic and got pist off and began to say crazy ass negative shit about bodybuilders callin them all homos, roid freeks, etc... It was not nice at all. My father told me that he would kill me and break me in many pieces if I ever wanted to do a show. My family has so much hate towards bodybuilders its not even funny. I dont know what to do.

Oh bro that one I definetly failed because I thought I was the only one, but the whole class went crazy. See my professor told us to study something and those word problems had a certain system to it and was easy to understand. She told us if we know how to do them all we will definetly get an A. She fuckin put qeustions that we never even went over in class. I thought I was the only one but apparrently not. The reason I am pist is because this is the year the school decides if they will accept me into business school. By failing this class I probably will have a much lower chance of getting in. I ask myself what will I do if I dont get in. Did I just lose 2 years of my life? But I am ok because I look at my family and none of them went to college and yet their kickin ass in the business world. My father went bankrupt 3 times and came to this country with nothing working for 100 bucks a month. Now he is doing very well. If he can start from nothing and prevail, I believe I can too. We are Animals after all. Shit like this would never be able to hold us back from accomplishing our goals. Thanks for the kind words brandona. Supplement wise I read enough articles to understand why this one and that one. But when it comes to meals I just have no clue. This means 3 months of studying about food. knowledge is power baby, the more I know and use it the better body and results I will get.

I am telling you bro I just recently started using supplements for the first time in my life. I always took in whey, but once I started adding Animal products my workouts became much better and I have gained about a shit load of weight. In september I weighed in at 185 lbs and now I weigh in about 210 lbs with a smaller waist. I love the Animal Supplements they rock. I made a goal. I want to deadlift 315 lbs for 20 reps. Every week I will try to beat my record by 1-2 reps. I think in about 2-3 months I should be able to do that.

This is why I preach on about Uni supps...first off I respond so well to Universal producs that I would never attempt to try anything else at this point..why try and fix something if it isnt broke? Before this forum..I dabbled in other product lines and was semi-satisfied or totally disappointed in the results. Ever since I started using Uni's stuff, I have gained muscle, maintained all the muscle I have gained, I have more energy, increased my stregnth by loads..especially now on my zero carb and low days, I get fantastic results and seriously, I dont bullshit when I say Universal supps rock.

For any newbies here reading this, I dont make any profits or get any special stuff for promoting Universal supps. I do it because I wholeheartedly believe in their product line.

Supps also work best when taken consistently and when they are timed right. This is really important to maximize gains. It is costly, but think about what things you have wasted money on already. It pays to dish out some dollars for stuff that will benefit you and help you reach your goals in a sport you take pride in. I actually gave up buying shoes for a month so I can stock up on more Universal supps! If anyone knows me by now..shoes are a huge thing for me..major show fetish here! I got my priorities straight, huh? LOL

I had my workout in the morning at 7am, and last night I studied my ass off for finals and I ended up getting 3 hours of sleep. Funny thing was I thought I wouldnt have energy at all.

GOAL: I made a goal to bench 275 lbs by the end of the summer around January. So far it aint going well. So I decided to incorporate G-Diesel's style a little into my workouts today.

From now on I will be doing high ass reps for most of my compound moves for most of the time because I realize that I always got stronger when I did for higher reps. So I figure the stronger I get, the bigger I will become of course depending on my diet which I am still having trouble with.

I made a new split but I will most likely follow it starting towards the end of march.

Chest & Abs
Barbell Bench Press-
185 lbs x 1
195 lbs x 1
205 lbs x 1
185 lbs x 4
165 lbs x 9
135 lbs x 12

Incline Bench Press- 75 lbs x 12
95 lbs x 12
115 lbs x 12
135 lbs x 6 (my grip was failing so I stopped at 6)
My bench is so weak its embarrassing, but none the less I did beat my record because I never did 95 lbs or 115 lbs x 12. So I am improving. I should be hitting 3 plates for 10 reps at my age now.

Seated Hammer Press- 4 sets of 12, I did a 70 lbs on each side for my last set

Machine Flys- 4 sets of 12, last set I was doing 165 lbs x 8

I dont get it though. My back and leg workouts I have no problem with regarding strength because I can pull a lot of weight, but for pressing movements I suck. I have to make pressing my strongest area.

By January 1st 2008 I better be doing 3 plates each side for 4 sets of 12 good reps. Sick and tired of falling behind. I am going to crush the weights.

These are my damn goals. Some of you might say I am psychotic and that such gains are impossible in a short amount of time especially doing all that. Well I am here to decide what can be done and I am here to go against such limits, I am here to go against my limits. I can see myself doing all that. If I can conceive which I have, and if I can believe it which I have, then fuckin hell I can do it baby.

I am looking at a shitload of vomitting; extra balls to the walls training; spilling lots of blood and guts; and a lot of food. Something is taking over me now and I am pist that I am not as strong as I should be because I know I can do better and I know I can work harder. Mark my words I will get all this done. One way is to keep a strict log of my numbers. When I have goals like this to accomplish then I get really anxious and crazy.

I can see myself reaching those goals regarding my legs and back because I am getting stronger in those areas. When it comes to the Bench and Shoulders I will need to fight like hell. Peace

I am going to Pennsylvania to some place called pocanos or something. Basically its a short vacation for myself to go rest from all the damn finals. I will definatly train and get in all my meals. The intresting part is I was invited to go, but I aint the only one going. There are going to be other normal ppl there too in total of 15. One of my boys is going to, and then all the qeustions started.

Are you going to drink?, Are you going to smoke?, and etc... I respond no way in hell is that shit going inside my body. Then they continue on by saying its only one time, nothing is going to happen.

I wont even be around any of them. I am going to pick my ass up with some food and go walk in the woods. I love trees and nature, its a great place to think. They all said watch your going to drink, its only one beer. LOL LMAO so they think they can break me brothers. I will show them what Animal means.

I am going to take all the little boys, and were going to have a few workouts while we are there. I wont be going heavy or showing off, but what I will do is develop some high intesifying workouts that will send them all vomitting. We shall see who survives, and who will be broken by the end of the vacation. All I know is this Animal will stand victorious. Peace

I am still on my two week break from the gym. This is my last week and I have 3 days left until I am going to start lifting again. I have seen amazing results ony my body. Every body part became bigger, and my frickin waist as well SHIT!!! But thats ok a little cardio will get that down. My college buddy and I decided to workout today. We did a full body workout, and it went somethine like this.

Barbell Rows- 135 x 20, 165, x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 6, 225 x 8
Lat Pulldown- 105 x 12, 135 x 10, 165 x 8, 195 x 6
Bench Press- 95 x 12, 135 x 10, 165 x 8, 185 x 2 + 2 forced reps
Side Laterals- 3 sets of failure with 25 lb dumbbells
Bent Over Rear Laterals- 3 sets of failure with 25 lb dumbbells
Barbell Curl- 45 x 12, 95 x 8, 95 x 8
Preacher Machine Curl- 100 x 10, 80 x 12, 60 x 15
Tricep Pressdown- 100 x 10, 150 x 10, 190 x 10, this part got fun it only went up to 190 so I had to go add more weight. 235 x 10, 260 x 10.
Abs Triset: 2 sets of Crunches x 50, 2 sets of Leg Raises x 30, 2 sets of 50 medicine ball twists with my partner

Thats all I did, my forearms were frickin pumped from the workouts. I didnt do legs cause I wanna let them rest more.

Tonight I will not sleep I have no choice but to fuckin stay up all night and study for my last stupid final. I am so glad this shit is over. I love school and all....blah blah blah education this and that... I know. Summer of hell baby! 8 meals a day, lots of liftin, and lots of sleepin. This is going to be great. I am planning on just getting fuckin jacked and getting a shitload of new stretch marks... the old ones are disappearing fuck lol. I am pist and I want my fuckin vacation to start so I can start livin my way.

I love the weights. There are no fuckin hard terms to memorize or any of this equation bullshit. Find the Z-score, hypothesis testin, all these weird signs, whats the t-statistic, what happened in the 7th century, what is this and that... I dont have to worry about coming to a test and getting hit by surprise, 200 lbs is always 200 fuckin lbs.
