I'm starting a 3 week Cuts cycle today. I lift 4 days a week, and will be adding stationary biking in between sets to keep my heartrate up. I'll be hitting the bike on my off days also. Also dieting with 6-7 small meals a day. I'll try to update here every couple days. 181.5lbs @ 6 feet tall, lots of extra flab though, so that's what I'm trying to get rid of.

Well today is the beginning of Day 4. I can definately feel the Cuts in my workout. I tire like any other workout, but I can just keep on going. Even after an hour workout, doing the bike for 30, 45, 60 minutes is no problem. Definitely has improved the quality of my workouts so far, it's great.

Well, I messed up and fell through mid cycle. Out of a job about halfway through and that changed my priorities a bit. My weight is at 181lbs again. I haven't been able to diet anywhere near what I would have liked, and my schedule got thrown off while I'm trying to get a bunch of crap in order. I'm going to finish out the cycle of Cuts this week, take a few to get stuff back together, then I'm hitting another cycle and going at it twice as hard. I will do this.
