Along with another post of me getting back into the game. I have never dieted really stricting before, so I guess i was never trully in the game. Ive taken supps and watched what I ate, but never a strict diet. I wanna start now. My question to you all is where to get started. I see diets out there on this site, but I'm lookin more for somthing for my situation. Having never strictly dieted before Im looking to start simple. The work my way to the more complicated. Looking to put on lean mass. Just off a big break due to surgery im getting back into it and doing it right. Thanks in advance

I have to eat 2800 calories to lose weight, 3800 to maintain. It says never drop more than 1000 calories below... At least I don't have to starve myself :-)
