I made the decision today to compete in my very first show on July 28th. This leaves me with less than a month to prepare. wish me luck guys! contest prep begins monday!!

Newburyport, MA in the OCB Natural Yankee Classic.
My current conditioning is exceptionally good for my "off-season", so I am not as worried about starting so close to the show date.

good deal man.... but what u should do is find someone who has competed or is competing in the contest and try and train with them on and off so u can get additional info and tips on the contest...

my current training partner has competed in the past and he'll be coaching me the entire way up until pumping up backstage. I'm very greatful for that.

thanks man & I will. 28 days to get my ass in gear. I am already showing great cuts and definition, so some light cardio, manipulated water intake and continued dieting should do the trick.

yesterday I cheated my ass off at my high school graduation party and today I'm back down to business. This is my dream and now I'm finally living it. I'll be on here every day with updates on my progress and Big Ant, thanks for the support and I'm sure I'll be hitting you up with some good questions. Toni has already answered so many for me, I owe her big time.
