As this is a product promo, yes, regular restrictions apply unfortunately (such as age, in the U.S., etc.). As for other "limits", this is the tricky part. Too over the top, and chances are, your promo won't win. Make sense B?

Which Animal do you aspire to the most (The Lad, Wrath, Machine, BigAnt, ect) and why? Is it their training style/outlook on life or training, the winner of the promo gets a one month supply of their Animal's stack
This promo would be a great thing for those that are new to animal and would like to try some of the products without have to buy an entire can. The winner would recieve a weeks supply from the animal line: cuts, pump, pak, nitro..., as well as a sample of storm, shock and torrent. It would be narrowed down to just a select few products or all of them depending on what you would want for the winner to do. and i do beleive that a vast majority of the legion would do a great deal to get their hands on this promo. what do you think?

You know the ones, send in so many box tops from cereal or what not, and get a prize. Instead of box tops, we could send in pak bags, or can lids. Send in so many, and you get a free can of Paks, or Nitro. It's kind of like getting a little payback for buying Animal. Just an idea.

I know I can't vote as to who wins the promo, but i "vote" for this one. Great way to show the big dogs really how many people they've influenced. Great idea, if not for this promo then its definately something for you guys to think of using in the future.

The reason I thought this is because every day I wake up and walk over to the posters I have and just stare to get the fire going. We all look at these posters for inspiration. Some wish they were they guy in the poster. Some want to be percieved in the way that Wrath is percieved in that poster. Some just think they are bad ass.

So here's a spin of what I think would be a sweet-ass-sweet Animal promo...
Who's "The Man" tearin' it up on those vids? Wrath. In every video we see Wrath, at some point, reach into is gym bag and pull out some type of Animal product, such as Animal Pak, Animal Pump, and Nitro G.... Who knows what else lies in there....
So the the title of the Animal promo: "Wrath's Gym Bag."
How it works:

Write an entry similar to what the Animals did for the AOM. Relate a day in your life trying to live the Animal lifestyle, training, nutrition whatever you choose. Limit it to one page. Set a deadline for entries and the winner gets some good stuff and also gets their journey included in the next publication of the AOM when you guys do another one.

Believe it or not I was think that as well. I know you had the idea before me, but i was getting back on the forum to put it up and i read your post! Good idea!
Another promo idea would be ideas for a commerical. Not like a Taco Bell commerical "Go get fat at 4 am" but an ANIMAL commerical. A member of the forum put it up on youtube.com or something and add the link for others to view. And other members of the forum vote and Universal Rep and Watchmen/Hitchmen make the final call. Nothing long just like 30 secs to show animalpak.com or universal products. Something real/no hype just REAL! Then AnimalPak can use there guys for the final product when needed.
Im not trying to put Animal to be like other companies that only care about sales, but just to get known and let ppl know REAL ANIMALS exist.

I believe another good promo would be a picture. Just a picture. It could be of you lifting, your gym, you puking (haha). A picture is worth a thousand words... so no words should be needed. The winner gets supplements (as many as universal would want to give) and a t-shirt.
I got this idea from Big Ant's leg press machine picture, with the puke bucket next to it... No words needed... EVERY Animal knows all of the thousand words to describe the feeling of Leg day....
All applicants will list all of the UNIVERSAL/ANIMAL products that they have used in the past, (could list in order of most favorite or just say all) describe why they enjoyed this product so much and what it did for them, winner will win their listed favorite (1 product) and possibly a random animal arms, delts or chest dvd!

Well... how's about this...
Submit your split.
Let's see what you do or what you did to build that beast of a body you call ANIMAL. What worked best for you... did you find a significant gain in any of the major 3 lifts... did you man up and do your squats and deads?
To the winner... their split thrown in to the page with the rest of them along with recognition, as well some gear like the hoodie and some shorts. If they're close... maybe an invite to spend a day with one of the Animal guys and perform one of the days of the split. Very location dependant on that part.
Who has influenced your training the most. Who pro or anybody here at the forum has kicked you in the !$# and made you hit the gym and change your direction in life.

ok here is my thoughts whether looking on this site, being asked in the gym or on other sites I think that this is always one of the most asked questions:
Create a "House's Mass Stack" mass program...this would include supplement details, workout program and nutritional plan. I don't mean you just throw something together I think that you would need to calculate all the calories, protein, fats, carbs, etc for the nutrition. As far as the workouts it would need to be a progressive program that would cover a specific amount of time 3-6 months or whatever is designated by UREP.
Then to top it off, it's competition time so you need to:
Create a "Animal Cuts" cutting program...include which supps, workout program and nutritional plan. This should include the same items as above.
If this is what would be chosen I think that we should have a winner with the submission, a winner with the plan and a winner with who followed the plan and made some huge progress. I know that we are all sitting at different starting weights (for example I weight 220lbs) so we would have to make the nutritional program so that it is adjustable for individuals of different sizes.

First would be kinda like a reserch report on what stack you plan on taking next with not just the feed back of the info from the site or fourn spend sometime look up the ingredeints and put your mind to work and get a soild foundation to back up your choice of what you are putting in your body...and the results you plan to get from them.......break that mental sweat haha
Then you can all ways have the promo of your gym or home gym or bedroom or whatever show'em what you got in a pic and this can be more than one winner gets hooked up with something like posters or the big banners from the Cage or even the Lockers from the cage would be sweet (shipping might be a bitch on that one though)
Explain your favorite Pro from Universal/Animal and why with contest history if available and training style....Like a breif Bio of who you look up to and score a Fitness consultation from them persoanally! (alot of this already goes on here but maybe throw in some more ideas)
Last Idea would be Snap a Photo of you training or in the gym and play with it alittle and write what is going on in your nugget (like the animal posters/journey entry) send it in a 5 winners get hooked up with thier own "animal poster" with your pic black and white on the left and your writing on the right just like the ones you see everywhere.
We all bust our asses training why not use your brain and use alittle
Oh yeah and where is that belt from the AOM animal gear booklet?

That new product already has a name.
Build a routine (split included) for one of the Animal crew (whoever agrees to do it) and that Animal will pick his favorite one, maybe even use it for a while.

Promo to devise some animal combos. Maybe one for cutting, bulking, energy, strength, etc. THe winner gets his choice of one of the combos. I know its pretty simple, but i really wanna see some combo's that you can buy besides wrath's
nah Saint, there are some very good suggestions floating around here, and plus my idea and yours are pretty different. the premise to mine is very individual and doesnt have to take place inside the gym, you know?

Write an article for Animalpak.com. Maybe even topic of the month/week. Topics could range from nutrition, contest dieting, supplementation, training, the limits are really endless. Anything Animal or bodybuilding.
A contest to guess the formula for the new product. Not just guessing what category the product is but exactly what is in it. This one would be difficult with a lot of proprietary blends or if Product X showcases an innovative ingredient.
Create you own animal ad/ poster. Perhaps on top of supplement the winner's design could be featured on animalpak.com or even a magazine.
Create a concept for an online Animal video series. This would include a title and the premise of the show and maybe which members of the Animal Crew you would want in it.

Yo, this is mine.
The dude that pimps Animal the most and shows that he or she in the most Animal wins a trip to the CAGE and gets to hang out with all the other Animal reps. Call it Animal REP for a Day. Winner and his or her training partner will get a trip to 2008 Arnold Classic meet all the Animal people get a few free things and a kick ass Animal rep shirt and chill with the rest of the reps. With this promo it will go on till a few moths before the Arnold, so you will get some good time from it as well.
Put the winner in a MAG as well.
Thats just what I will like.

Design the next animal t-shirt
Participants could think of another slogan to be printed on the traditional style white on black animal tee or even decide to take Animal apparel in an entirely new direction. Perhaps maybe more graphic tees are in store. The new tshirt design could also be focused on the new product similar to the yellow throwback animal shirts.
Having a graphic element would reach out to the creative members but keeping the slogan/ tagline option would not make it exclusive to those fluent in photoshop/ graphic design.

Here is my idea brothas. Write an article that must be titled "The Life, The Love, The Animal". That is all you have to go on. Write an article just like you see GDeisel and Machine and others on the website write. Their articles are always so inspiring. So that's the deal...write an inspiring article with only a title to work with.
The winner gets their article put on the AnimalPak.com website front page and gets a t-shirt, fitted cap, and 3 month supply of their favorite animal supp. Peace and Train Hard.

If AnimalPak.com wanted to feature a store locater, people could submit retail locations. Each valid location could equal a ticket in a raffle for supplements. A retail store locater could also be a valuable asset to animalpak.com.
Keep it simple, explain what supp has best worked for you and why. The best answer will get that product along with another "gift" thrown in. Maybe even take a pic of the empty can or something.

The 2 people take photos everyday and at the end of the year or 6 months put them all together and make a cool Animal slide and put it on youtube.

Once that part of the contest is over, and after much debate - Universal would have to choose the top 5 - 10 entries - which brings me to...

i wouldnt like the new product to be a energy drink we dont need ityeah its called sweat and determination, i drink it everyday when i train.....

i say pick an animal product anyone flex,pak, m-stak etc...and take a picture in black and white(animal style) with a phrase/quote somewhere in it...make it an artistic animal lookin picture the best wins
