I'm an early morning lifter (starting time is between 5am and 7am). Most staks require you to take it 15-30-45 min prior to the workout, which is no problem. The problem is the sups (like m-stak) that need 1-3 hours prior. Not to mention trying to squeeze in that necessary first feast of the day. Anyone in my shoes? how do you stak your day?

What's your current stack consist of bro?
Staple Pak 1-2 times a day usually first thing when i wake up. Possible 2nd later in the day. Shock/storm/or pump pre-post workout. Protein shakes throughout the day. Trying to figure a good spot for Mstak or Stak 2. Everything works great and falls into place. Like the mass staks, just bad schedule
