Brothers,
Since I'm currently on a cutting phase, my carb intake has decreased while my protein intake has gone up. Because of this, I'm eating more lean proteins such as chicken, tuna and other fishes, beef, cottage cheese and other lowfat dairies, and other high sodium foods. By consuming more sodium-filled foods, would a diet based on these proteins prevent me from being cut and dry by retaining more water under my skin and making it appear more "puffy"?
I'm not in competition, but my goal is overall shape and definition. I also want to know if there are ways to deplete water under my skin thru advanced dieting techniques.
Thanks bros
