I came out to a mix of Godsmack-"Awake" and Rob Zombie- "Superbeast"...depends on how much time you have and how well the music fits with your posing routine.

I would select your music based on your personality and how comfortable you feel with your posing and in front of a crowd. For my first show I posed to music that wasn't too difficult to pose too and kept the routine simple. Good luck!

Noone here can really help you make that decision bro. YOU see how you pose. How fast, slow etc.. Only you can decide on the best music you feel most comfortable to posing to. So whip up a playlist, go get a big mirror and STUDY STUDY STUDY.

I know a guy at my Gym who opens up with some gay ABBA song for more slow poses' but then cranks Mudvayne 30 seconds in or something. Kinda cool/gay.

Nobody can tell you what music to choose. You have to find something that moves you, inspires you, something you can have fun with and be comfortable with. It should also be something that you can easily move to and not look sloppy on. The music should not be too slow as it may bore the audience..unless your moves and posing are extremely dramatic and fluent...then slower music may work.

The crowd usually will go for lively music if your lively with it..there is a balance. You are the center of attention no matter what. The DJ may very well screw up your music, you can wind up posing to no music at all! I have seen this happen numerous times. So, you must be prepared for the unexpected always.

I suggest you find a song that really captivates your personality, your sense of rhythm, and it should get you pumped up! if your amped..the audience will become amped watching you!
