Fellas... 19d out from a national qualifier... 2 legs days to go! Just thought I'd run the plan for legs today by everybody...
Stiff-leg deads 4x15
Single leg curls 3x10 SS with seated leg curls 3x12
Leg ext 5x15
Squat 3x20
Leg press 2x10
Lunges 4 laps
Calve???
Any comments or suggestions on this routine? Legs are coming in good, but really want to spike the volume today with mod weight to get a fat pump....

Leg cuts wil come in, but you gotta hit the cardio and diet HARDER...Exercise selection at this point (2 workouts left) is not prime!
And to be honest, if they are YOUR LEGS ARE NOT cut 4-5 days out, nothing magical is going to happen...just diet-cardio longer-harder!

and a 'FAT PUMP' will not win shows and make your legs striated-hard-massive-dry-veiny!
Doing the Caveman is STL... Legs actually are better than ever in the past. Agree totally with the diet/ cardio... Has been quite the battle this time around, but you are 110% correct in saying that is what makes the biggest difference...
