Help, M-Stak / Energy Pill?

Just got MStack today, I dont respond good to caffene and all that energy stuff as I wont sleep at all, I heard you can omitt one pill from the pack that contains the energy stuff, please let me know if this is true and which one, thanks

i know the red pill in Pump is the go pill, but don't recall on in stak. gotta couple of emails out for info for ya, though.

If I remeber right, it is the darkest capsule in the pak...b/c I used to take it out too

the plastic one, i opened a few and the 2 light brown ones are same color to me, nothing black there, no liquid there either,just some poweder stuff

I send a email to animal pak asking what is the thermogenic blend and they say that is the darkest capsule
i had the email, with their words and is this.

m stak is the same way b/c when I took it last I called and asked them the same question...

there is no dark liquid capsulre, there are 3 powdered capsules, 1 is white the other 2 to me look both coffeish color, thanks

Hey bro it ain't the white one and it ain't the darkest capsule... It's the one in the middle, kinda beige in color.

I have official confirmation. It is the darkest small capsule out of the three. So to remove all stims take out that dark brown capsule.

I know its stupid but i grind up/break open the pills before takign them. And i totaly believe the stim is the second darkest gel cap in m-stak. It tastes super earthy, and nasty. Tastes like some plant extract (stimulant).....no need to laugh at me i know....
