Seriously bro?

Well, food is food. Steak, potatos, eggs, bacon, cottage cheese. And supplements....supplement your whole food intake. Protein shakes, pills, etc.

You need your food requirements met before you start dealing with supplements. Supplements supplement. They don't replace or take the place of food. Get your food straight, then fill in the gaps with supps.

Food is the cake. Supplements are the icing. Everything comes down to food and your meals.

Another plus for food is that it's usually cheaper to eat food than take supplements. Besides, even though I like my protein shakes, I'd rather eat a grilled steak or chicken breast.

Without a solid diet, supplements usually don't do shit anyway. To achieve the goals we have set for ourselves, we try (usually multiple times) to find a diet/training/supplement routine that works the way we need it to. This is referred to as synergy. Synergy is defined as the working together of two or more things, especially when the result is greater than the sum of their individual effects or capabilities.
