How does everyone feel about phase dieting for cutting? (cycling high protein-low carbs and low protein-high carbs).
Ive read tons of articles...some swear by it, some say it's useless.
To add something else...when you are cutting how much strength, if any, do you lose?
I'm curious as to how low-protein could possibly be of any benefit???
Not neccessarily low protein, but lower protein...ie still enough. For example, the diet I read says to cycle 50%protein-15%carbs-25%fat and 35%protein-55%carbs-15%fat. It's part of a diet written by Chris Stevenson.
