Just started my training cycle for my next major meet , last night last set of squats.845x8 no suit, no wraps. Come on 1200

ok im no powerlifter. so this might sound dumb what is the shirt i always hear powerlifters talk about. just wondering and what other gear do powerlifters use.

Great Lift.

A "shirt" is a tool used by powerlifters to increase the weight that they can bench press. A good shirt can add a lot of weight to your bench, but it isn't that easy. Squat suits are a similar tool, but (obviously) for the squat. If you want to see what they look like, you can see at
