Ever see the 4' x 4' Animal logo poly banners that are used for various exhibits and shows? It's black with the classic "A" logo in white. It's water and sweat-proof. That bad boy banner always looks great in the background; in The Cage, behind Rage and the Powerfreak when their squating killer tonnage...

I'd love to get my hands on one of those babies and I put it up in my carport where I lift at home. Doing dead hang pull ups, some squats and bench. It would be in perfect view for all to see...and go 'damn, that's Animal!'

Since I have been familiar with animalpak.com I have learned more about the sport of bodybuilding and the awsome advantages to lifting weights. Over the last ten months I have stuck to my diets, stuck to my workouts, made awsome gains, and most importantly I've made some of the best decisions over the last ten months to get my life back on track to where I am happy about where I at and where I am going.

I will hang the banner on the wall beside my bed, it will be the first thing that I see when I wake and the last thing that I will see before I sleep.

I've always wanted an animal poster, but i'm a broke college kid who can barely afford the supplements and food that i need. It would be an amazing experience to finally have the animal 'A' rocking in my basement gym. I would be forever grateful, so please universal rep, hook me up!

We have recently (my brother and I) Droped a few bucks on some weights and equipment and changed the "family room" at his house into an ANIMAL DEN, We got everything from posters from "THE SHOP" and on both corners we got 2 huge blown up pics of "The House" about 4 x 5 one of the BB.com wallpapers and the other of him Dead liftin in front of the mirror true inspriation infront of the squat rack.. and a few signed BBing pics from alot of pros and recent ones need put in frames (THANKS VINNY!!!)....and we "caged it up" alittle by having metal cage boxes hung up and on the ground with straps, wraps gloves and supps, but the only problem is we are taking it to the garage soon and need something to cover more space on the wall.....and doing cardio sucks to begin with so why not hang one of these bad boys up infront of the tredmill and elypticles!!!

Why do we deserve it....We are devoted to the sport and we want to rock animal the way it is ment to be true and hardcore

Like a few of the other guys here, I'd put in on my basement wall cuz that's where I train. And whenever I get exhausted and need just that little kick the ass from motivation, I'll look at the banner and go fuckin crazy.

I need one for my garage gym... I've got all the Wrath posters up there... the A banner would just top it off... Or I would even put it in my room with the other set of wrath posters that I have. So when I wake up in the morning I know that Work needs to be done. Nothing better than waking up in the morning after hurting all over and see what I repersent

I have posters of my inspirations and passions - Arnold, Rocky Balboa, printed images of the Animal posters, bands like Nirvana, Pink Floyd, NIN, etc.

An Animal logo would define the biggest part of me.

One wall of my room would have just the Animal flag.

Actuly last night me and my boys begain to paint and redo the basement where we lift. We painted the walls black and I put a huge white animal "A" on the wall and tonight were gonna paint some of the animal sayings are our wall. Universal has inspirered us to be balls to the wall with our training and we have had it with these prissy gyms in our area so we set out to make our own hardcore gym to call home. The real deal animal banner would make it that much more hardcore and inspirering for us. I'd put at the botom of the staircase so everytime you walk down thoose steps everyone know what goes on down here is pure bussiness!

P.S. to anyone who wants to see what we've done I'm puttin pictures in my log tommorrow night we it's all done...

I'd donate it to my unit to put up in our gym. Due to our current location our gym is a tent and the only thing to look at up on the walls is mold. We got a handfull of Animal's over here (I'm spreadin' the word) and that sure would pump us the hell up! It would definetly go up next to the squat rack in the hope's of convincing more guys to buck up and train their legs.

Why would i deserve it over any other Animal, well, truth is, i dont deserve it over anyone here by any means.......

BUT

It doesnt mean i dont need it, and wouldnt be put to good use.
In my gym we had a leak from the ceiling a coupla months back, its fixed but the wall is tainted, badly, watermarks, grime, looks rank! Was having a chat with the manager the other day about the general lack of equipment for bodybuilders and why the bench hadnt been fixed in two weeks! What also came up was the horrible bare wall, he was asking what we could stick there, i suggested any inspiring images from the world of bodybuilding, he asked me to come back with suggestions, THIS PROMO IS MY SUGGESTION, THAT BANNERS GOIN UP TO INSPIRE AND GUIDE PEOPLE, LOST AND STUCK IN THE RUT!!!

If I thought my gym would allow me to hang it there, I would do that for sure to spread the word! But more than likely I would put it here in my office. Almost all my workouts are in the afternoon and I leave from work. For those days when I am beat and thinking I should just go home and rest...that poster will be the kick that gets me motivated and focused again. That and the fact that all these people in my office that can't seem to understand me, the way I eat and train and grow...maybe it will give them a clue.

Oh and this summer I have turned my son, he is 16 and visits in the summers. I had him in the gym this year and he is hooked!

I would love one to scare the shit outta my roomates with in my dorm room this next year. Also I plan on blacking out the wall space around my bed with Animal posters and the American flag above it all. So this would compliment the space very well and would be a huge motivator to get my ass into the gym every morning.

As a new high school football coach, I'd hang it in the football weight room. Our team has been the Florida State Champions for the last 3 years and National Champs the last 2 years. These guys push themselves day in and day out to be the best there is and it shows. They emmulate the true spirit of Animal. An Animal banner would fit in that room very nicely. And, of course, I'd take a few pics of it and sumbit them to the powers-that-be at AnimalPak.com.

On Aug. 30th, I leave for college as an incoming freshman @ Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. Springfield is notorious for being a very athletic and competitive school, w/ many athletes, fitness freaks, and bodybuilders such as myself. If I was given one of these banners I would bring it with me to college and the first chance I got, would hang it in my dorm room. Why? To remind me every second I spend in that undersized room that I am Animal and must remember that when faced with various decisions. Bodybuilding in college can be difficult, but with the support of my Animal breathren I will advance. There will be no late nights, parties, & pizza (well, only on my cheat days) for me, just long hard hours spent alone in my school's gym.

Also, this banner will tell my roommate right away what he's in for. He may chose to keep his space in the mini-fridge filled with beer and soda, while my side will be well-stocked w/ nonfat cottage cheese, skim milk, and natural peanut butter. This banner will be a 4x4 depiction of myself that I can hold close and live by all throughout my college years and beyond.

Well, I don't "deserve" a banner anymore or any less than the next guy on this board. This family is chocked full of Animals walking the unbeaten path. But, if I had one, I would take it with me evrywhere I lived. In the military, i wake up in different places every few months and the living quarters ALWAYS have bunk beds. I always opt for the bottom bunk. You can bet your ass I would hang it on the bottom side of every top bunk that i ever slept under so when I wake in the morning and when I go to sleep every night, the "A" that changed my life would slap me right in the fuckin face and remind me why I'm alive.

Excellent promo URep. I believe that I deserve the banner for the simple reason that I train, eat, and sleep like an Animal.

I would like to have one of these banner's to show it off to my friends and family.

I would place the banner in my front porch, which faces the turnpike and you can see it from there when passing by... talk about free advertising :)

Damn first off URep this is a sweet ass promo. I would love to get one of those. Ive wanted one since I saw it at the arnold classic last year. I live for Animal and all that it stands for. The gym I workout at is pretty busted up and old- just the way I like it. A couple of us "big boys" train in the back wiht all the free weights while all the soccer moms and grannies and grandpas jump on the machines up front. I think it would be pretty badass if I could get one of these and hang it up for us back there. Couple of these dudes were wiht me IN the cage at the Arnold, while Wrath and G were speaking (sitting next the Machine I might add). I dont think you understand what Animal has done for us in our lives and writing it in the forum would take entirely too long. So Im speaking for several Animal followers when I say lemme get one of dem banners.

I would like an Animal banner for multiple reasons. Mostly I would want it to remind me who I was, who I am now, and who I want to become. I know I am not the most 'hardcore' animal on this site when it comes to hitting the weights or eating or anything like that, but I would like to believe that my actions speak true to the animal way of life. The spirit of the animal burns deep within me. To help the less fortunate, to be kind to others, to defy odds, to take the world head on and not look back, that is where the animal lies within me. Much like this company you can't be an Animal without heart. I would place it somewhere it would be a constant reminder to train hard, eat heavy, and always be the bigger man in every situation.

Ever since i found this website, it's changed my views on lifting, being healthy, being strong, and living life period. My outlook on life is completely different. I'm so into it i have used animal ideas in school essays. in my room, i write up all my workouts, i critique myself, it is my place of living other than the gym. on my wall i have various posters from animal. ranging from wrath's journey to "shut the f...up and train"...i also have an italian flag, representing one of many ways of life. i would absolutely love to display this in my room as it will motivate me even more than my posters and shirts do now. i love when people ask what it is. and what better than a huge animal display right there on my door as you enter the domain. this would be an honor to place inmy room.

I support Animal all the time, at the gym, at home etc. I already got a bunch of Animal ads in my room, would be nice to throw it up above my bed on the wall. It would be great motivation to see it every single day, it keeps that fire lit inside of me. Animal is a way of life, it's my lifestyle. Gotta keep focused, and when I look up to that logo, I know it's time to crush some serious weights.

Id want one because of what that "A" means to me. I see it every day- the stickers on my wall from all of the cans that i have purchased and supplemented into my daily routine, it reminds me of my accomplishments, gains and that the hard work will never end with the iron for me... you should not ask why we deserve this. none of us deserve it more than the one who posted before him/her or the one who will post after

this banner would be hung above my bed, reminding me everyday what animal really means, and to me animal means never giving up, in every aspect of life. It means never seeing the dark side of things unless its on the way to the gym for motivation. To take everything you want because nothing is handed to you, but to also give back everything you can. It means to lead by example and show people what one person can do if they try. Animal means being strong but compassionate. Hating, but more than that loving.

Well first of all, my 23rd birthday is August 4th, so that would be one hell of a birthday present from Animal. The funny thing is, i have been telling all of my friends about the triple stak i took (m-stak, stak-2, and pump), and now all of a sudden, they are all taking it when before they didnt trust me at all before. I told them the progress I made and now they are reaping the benifits.
I belive in the Animal Philosophy and I would love to get a nice package in the mail with that Animal logo on the box for my brithday.

Why do I deserve an Animal Banner?

I think I deserve an Animal Banner because I live the Animal lifestyle and adhere to its values (hardwork, dedication, sacrifice, honor, integrity, humility, respectfulness, leading by example) both in the gym and out of it. However, at the same time, I don't think that I deserve this banner any more than anyone else who posts in this thread does.

Why do I want one, and where would I put it?

I want one so that it can serve as a symbol of who I am, what I aspire to be, and what I stand for. It will also serve as motivation for those days when I need a "kick in the ass" to get out of bed, and a reminder to stay true to the Animal lifestyle and its values. As such, I would put it right above my bed. As an added bonus, a banner would nicely complement all of the Animal posters that are in my room already (see link for pics).

Since school is about to start up again... We'll actually I'm taking a summer class (Microbiology) that ends thursday... I would put the banner on my dorm room wall!!! Why?!?! Because when I wake up at 5 am and want to go back to bed, I'll see the banner and wake up the animal within my heart and soul. Then the banner will be on my wall when I get back from the gym and get ready for class at 8. The banner will be a visual to show the animal within me. It's hard to go to school, work and be an animal, but 2 years of school, Then go back for my masters or go medical school. Either way I'll be in school for at LEAST another 6 years. I'm getting my doctorate either way. I deserve it believe I have the BURNING desire to succeed! I must...I have to. Sure people say they want to succeed, I have to, its my nature to be the best and have the best. Thats why when I compete in a year or 2 EYES WILL BE GLUED TO ME!!!

I see a lot of people goin for the gym. I've got a sticker on my logbook, my clothes, etc. for the gym ...so actually, I'd stick that bitch right up on my ceiling above my bed so that when I wake up and don't want to move I've got a simple, huge-ass reminder right in my fucking face to stamp it into my mind exactly what I'm all about and of the family I'm a part of. Remind me how some other animal is not only already awake, but lifting and has already tossed a meal down the hatch ...I better get my ass going. I recently wrote up a post about getting out of your comfort zone because that's not where you get tougher, and having this right there to kick me in the ass every morning would get me out of mine.
I dedicate a lot of my free time to the Forvm to learn, to teach, and to connect to other animals, and I love reppin Animal every chance I get with my shirts and stickers and what not.

Working nights, somebody always gets my idea posted up on here before me. Damn it! I would put it up in the base gym (God knows these people need some inspiration), but those Services bastards would just rip it down. I too would put it on the cieling, or on the wall near the bed, so I would be reminded every morning of the things I have to do that day to live the life I want to live. Hey, great minds think alike.

Because I like sleep and sex. See I had already planned to paint a huge animal logo on the wall of my home gym in the new house me and my wife just bought. The wife is going to drop her cervix on the floor when she sees what big daddy did while she was at work. This will in turn result in my ass sleeping on the couch and not getting laid again until I paint over the logo... which is not going to happen. So you see this banner would literally change my life. I would be able to train harder by being able to sleep in my own bed and get proper rest which is of course vital. And, drastically improve my chances of sustaining any type of sex life.

Why i deserve it: Animal has helped me transform my body...I have started to see the hard work payoff and I know that I owe as much to Animal as I do to me busting my ass.

Where I would put it: I am building a new gym in my pole barn and I can't think of a better way to show my boys who helped me build what I've just started to build. I've got a posterboard at home that has my goals set out for the next two years in 3 month increments. Having this right next to the entrance would kind of be like the "Play like a champion" sign that Notre Dame hits as they walk out the tunnel. Just something that tells me it's time to bring the shit to the next level

The reason I deserve one. Now not to get all hallmark here, but to remind me of all of you. I have an animal can sitcker on my shaker cup. Whenever Im in the gym and I am trying to get just one more rep out and I see my shaker and that sticker, it reminds me off all my bro's/sis's on this forum who back me up. It gets me through that rep and sometimes through even ANOTHER rep.

I wouldn't hang it to honor myself as an animal, I would hang it to honor all of you.

My Gym is my school's gym. I am down there in a small ass, room crammed full of machines almost everyday along with 20 - 30 other guys. I started on PAK two years ago. I told all my friends about it, and they went out and bought it. Now half our team is on PAK and other Universal Products. We all rep the pak and we all swear by it. A banner down in our gym would really help to push our whole team.

I deserve one because I'd display it in my window at my college apartment, which happens to be about a football field away from the gym, so people heading to the gym would see it and animalpak would get free exposure (although they definitely already get a lot through me because of the Animal shirts I sport in the gym that say "shut the fuck up and train")

I would like to have one to hang up in my buddy IFBB Pro Patrick Richardson's new shop All Pro Nutrition store #2. I am considering working part time to help Pat out and where else would be a better place to hang one, none other than where you can buy the Animal and Universal Products from.

i have no lack of motivation in the gym and the way i lift and train for wrestling...i have a shrine of motivation in my room..my only downfall is my eating habbits..i would put this banner in my kitchen to motivate me to cook more...i am not a good cook at all therefore don't really like cooking for myself...some good motivation in my kitchen is just what i need to remind myself that cooking is necessary...good luck brothers

Hmm... Why I deserve it? Because I'm all Animal/Universal. The only supplements that go into this body have to come from the best, and that's from Universal Nutrition. Animal is the reason I'm here, and I'd hang that motherfucker up in my room so it's the first thing I see when I wake up and the last thing I see when I go to sleep.

Im not just gonna say why i deserve this because everyone at my gym that i kno who trains hard eats right and tries beyond there limits all deserve it. i just put a pic up of the animal A in there and everone is checking it out from poeple who know the definition of an animal to people who want to learn what being an animal is all about. Getting this will really help and motivate me and my fellow lifters.

I have just recently cleaned out the garage beside my house, and was told by my parents I could turn it into my own gym if I did so. I have only a few Arnold posters that I have got out of magazines, but nothing spectacular. I would LOVE you have this as the first piece of motivation in my gym. I would love one of these but good luck to whoever does win. I might actually put it outside of the garage just to let everyone know "THIS IS WHERE I TRAIN!" I think a huge black animal banner outside my house would kick some serious ass. Plus, ANIMAL supps. are what have helped me break through my recent plateaus (aka M-Stak).

Plus, it would be killer to have a banner like the one at "The Cage."

So I was watching my favorite movie, Blues Brothers and I got an idea...If I had this banner, I could walk into the gym wearing it like a cape, have my training partner hold it while I lifted...and then....after a big lift....I could drop to one knee and then my partner could drape it over my sholders and help me up...I could play like I am beat, head down...and then.....thrust my arms towards the ceiling holding the banner high and proud......(Think James Brown)....

So what do you guys think?

to many this means anarchy, destruction of the social hierarchy we are so boldly born into. Total mayhem, a call for a state of emergency.
Of course to you and I, it means a whole lot else, yet still lends itself to the former. Animal, what is being an animal about? its about knowing that eating that fillet mignon or tuna outta the can is going to take you one inch close to your goals, knowing that when you wanna puke your guts out or collapse in a heap of muscle, you will get up and do that extra set. knowing simply, you will be better than "the next guy".
Why, would I be pleased to possess this item?, Its a piece of history, it shouts, screams and sadistically forces you to train, it holds in it, Animal in its whole form, animal is "A". that is Animal. By holding,viewing,hanging this poster in my gym, room, floor,roof. I will possess the knowledge this site has given me, let that blood, guts and determination seep in closer to my heart, Remind me, that im not insignificant, that i have a purpose, and As G Diesel puts it "blow the minds of the cats in your town"
that "A", would be my pride and joy, whoever is chosen to hold on to this, you do not own it, you are merely safe keeping it, for the next generation of Animals, so that this world keeps on building future soldiers in the war against all bullshit and injustice. every True animal I have known, is a soldier, and a real man at heart. I feel I came across the "A" not by accident but by path. If I had the opportunity of being a chose one, I would know this is one step closer to my future.
The closest I have come to Marking that "A" within myself, is by finding a similar sign of "A" and i burnt that into my right upper arm, it burnt like hell, but as it bubbled and settled, its been a sure reminder of how Passionate I was , and still am.

If i had one of those banners...it would take up the center wall in my dorm apartment at school...people think im crazy enough that I have cans of mstak nitro and animal paks piled up on the counter tops...a huge flag reppin the 'A' would do my justice for all those who doubt me... even if i don't win one..which I pray i do..animal pak should sell them in the shop..im sure they'd make a killing on sales anyway... peace/

Animal isn't just a supplement, a company, an advertisement. to me, being an animal is a fucking way of life. train hard and eating is a big part of bodybuilding and ur supplement just gives me the fucking pump the urge to go to the gym and destroy anything that doesnt move.

In all honesty I think everyone should get a banner. Every single person that has embraced the way of living that we call "normal". Those that have sacrificed everything for their relentless pursuit of perfection using the iron. Motivation allows us to progress deeper into the world of iron... Motivation that allows us to drive forward past all the haters, talkers and jealous assholes who can not fathom what we do, to be who we are.

But, as hardcore as our passage is, waves of doubt wash over the best of us at times. It is at this critical junction that motivation allows us to swim or sink. The motivation can come in the simple form of the Animal "A".

Given the oppertunity to get an Animal Banner I would hang it above my doorway leading to the outside... Just to remind me, motivate me of the vow I decided to take up so long ago.

I don't have a gym that I could put it up in, and I may not have a good wall to post it for the next 12 months, but I'd still love to have one so that when I get back from Iraq (my 3rd tour) I can put it up at my house (after I buy one) so that it will help motivate me, especially if I can start my own gym in a garage or large room.

I would take this banner with me to Iraq as a reminder of a company that has done alot for me. Just being so supportive of the military and giving me an outlet to vent and learn from. Plus its going to be my 4th trip over there. And yes im slightly crazy. Or atleast that is what everyone says about me going over there a 4th time. anyway peace.

Why I Deserve it? The Animal philosophy and culture has changed my life over the past year. I have gone from a "wanna-be" lifter...to an ANIMAL-in-training.

Why and where I'd put it? In my dungeon in my basement. I recently converted my family room into my gym. I slap every piece of motivation up on the wall that I can get my hands on...but this final addition would definitely would be well represented and loved by all who tear themselves up with me in my gym.

I had sent you guys a message a few weeks back about some posters for the walls in the gym that I am reconstructing. I am in the military stationed in Korea and our complex that we work out of has some shit as gym equipment...as of now I have been tasked to re-do it. I am in the process of ordering new equipment etc....and w/ the posters that I am waiting for it will go good. Shit, the gym is dark, and dingy, and I would hang it in there. I ain't trying to show it off, but for us individuals that get time to lift it would be a boost. Fuckers would know...if you aint Animal...you aint shit.

Me and a few of my mates theres about 10 of us altogether have got a bit of a gym going in my mates house we have got bench, barbel, and dumbel i really think that it would help us keep goin when it gets tough when were doin the painful things like squats and deadlifts and we fell like giving up we can look at the big animal logo remember what we are there for and work through the pain. And it would make the place look great.
