This Can Be Used For Precontest Or Offseason:

2 Pounds Of Very Lean Ground Beef
2 Cups Of Oatmeal
1 Jar Of Salsa Sauce

Mix All Together, Put It In A Meatloaf Tray, And Bake It For 45 Min.

Got some ground beef thawing I will try that for my lunch. I been loking for something else to do with ground beef man.

I also use ground white turkey to make a meatloaf. The only way it will come out good is if you use the meatloaf bag. You can normally find it where the seasonings section is at your local grocery store. A little sweet taste too.

Haha, it was 4 am, my thesaures was in bed for the night. Anyways, tired the recipie, added 3 whole eggs, and a little miss dash...turned out pretty good. Simple and calorie dense.

never tried it with the salsa, but have used bbq sauce instead of ketchup, also sub. 1 lb. venison for 1 lb. of beef, onions, garlic and cajun seasoning. one of my favs.

Just a quick note, some sweet chili sauce spices up the meatloaf nicely too :)

how much bbq you put in there? i'mma make this on tues. and cant wait, w/ the salsa it was damn good but bbq....gotta try it.

this is a bad ass recipe me and my brother kill the meat loaf a few days a week its good, easy to make, and high in protein. i like to add a little bit of italian bread crumbs on the top of it.
