The football (soccer in the US I spose) season starts in the UK soon, and I dont wanna fuck up my diet, the matches arent on training days, but I dont really see myself shoving down cold chicken and brown rice sat in the stands. Any ideas?

I dont like cold chicken and rice @ the best of times, without people barging into my to get to the loo or to grab a hotdog/coffee.

Are you playing or watching. I played and never missed meals or training during season so is watching it should be even easier. All boils down to how much you want it...

Watching, I may make some sandwiches with whole grain bread, some salad green and take some fruit with me. if push comes to shove I'll take a ready made protein shake.

yea a good meat or high carb sandwich would probley be best then.
