Guess I better get this going so I have less to do when it starts rollin'.
I am a Powerlifter, so I care about Mass and Strength. That will be what I pay attention too the most in this log. I will be maintaining 2 logs here...my main one and this one. In this log I will try to deal with Animal X mostly. My other log will stay as is.

Beginning Bodyweight: 250lbs (about 13-14%BF)
Dont know my measurements...if they are important I will post them up.

Current Lifts (Big 3):
RAW Bench: 385lbs
RAW Squat: 450lbs
RAW Deadlift: 485lbs

Shirted Bench: 440lbs
Suited Squat: 500lbsx2

Other Lifts:
Rack Pulls: 525lbs
Good Mornings: 450lbs
Overhead Press/Push Press: 245lbs
BB Curl: I have no idea...I dont curl

If I missed any lifts that you guys want to keep track of let me know. The only thing I care about are my big 3 lifts going up.

DIET:
LOL, I eat pretty much what I want. The basic parameters I try to shoot for are 300g of Protien, 300g of Carbs, and as many quality fats as I can get in a day. Calories are usually 3000-4000, but vary as I dont measure everything that goes down the hatch. Bottom line, I eat a lot. I will try to keep track of my caloric intake while testing...but just assume it stays pretty high.

SUPPS:
I am currently taking Animal Pak, Flex, M-Stak, Nitro, Universal Storm, Shock Therapy, and Real Gains. I will continue this supplement regimine unless J-Dawg ever answers my question about M-Stak, LOL!!!! JK man.

Looking forward to seeing what this supplement is and what its all about. If I like it you'll know, if I dont...well you'll know that too, LOL!

I just found out that I will be traveling for work next week. It is an unscheduled trip (I work for the Army), so my log may be a little behind, but my training will continue as scheduled, just in a different gym (already got it scoped out). My package didnt come friday, so I am assuming it will come Monday or Tuesday, but I will be gone. So, as I said, my log will be a couple days behind.

Hope this isnt a big issue or anything, but it was out of my control and was unplanned.

OK, I started taking X on Saturday, but didnt lift until this morning in hopes that it would be in my system.

I woke up and took X with half an Animal Snak Bar, milk and a piece of bread (I dont like eating at 415am) and then I did M-Stak at about 445. I hit the gym and pounded through my workout (See my other log for specifics). Had a pretty decent session, I wouldve hit a PR of 455 if my butt hadnt of come up on the bench, but its all good. I got some pretty gppd volume in my session, so I am happy about that.

I cant say that I could "tell" I had taken Animal X this morning, I dont really know what its supposed to do or how I should feel, but whatever. If I hit some PRs its fine with me.

I have Max Effort Squats tommorrow morning, so I may see something there.

ME Squat/DL

Worked up to 455x1 on Deadlifts, Hah to stop, thought I was going to pop a bicep. Then worked up to 365x3 on Wide Stance Goodmornings. Got to 630x3 on Powersquats (Shoulder-width stance) and finished off with Leg Curls and Extensions.

Since I dont like to eat at 430am, I tried taking 'X' with Milk, and that seemed to work just fine. Took M-stak about 15-20 min later and was good to go. Still cant tell if it is doing anything for me. Maybe it just takes some time to get in the system.

Today was an off day for me. My posterior chain is wrecked from yesterday, I guess something was right, LOL!

Heres a snapshot of my food intake for the day:

0700: Bowl of Cereal, Animal Snak Bar, Animal 'X' (I sleep a lil longer on my off day, so I didnt have time to eat much...I got some good calories in though)
0945: Animal Snak Bar
1115: Steak Fajitas...I killed them, it was great, Animal Pak
1430: Snikers and an Animal Snak Bar (Being a PLer has its advantages)
1500: Took my M-Stak

The rest of the day will look like this:
1730: 1lbs of Beef with whatever carbs I can find in my house, LOL
2030: Real Gains Shake
Prolly another whole food source as well

When I lift I have extra calories before and after I lift (@ 5am). There is also a good possibility that I will eat oreos today...ok scratch that...I will DEFINATELY eat oreos today. The cream in the middle will give me at least a 5lbs PR...minimum, LOL!!

I also eat various other things during the day, usually some type of protien.

I am still fairly lean for being 245-250lbs right now. My abs are still visible, I figure I am around 13-14%BF still, which is where I want to be. I am hoping to get to 255-260 soon. We'll see how long it takes.

Weight goes up, lifts go up....

I will usually go with 10-12 along with about 24-32oz of milk at once...sometimes more, sometimes less. Either wat you cant go wrong!!

This was a pretty good session and the first time I have been able to "tell" I had something new in my system. Even though I was exhausted this morning I had muscle stamina for days it seemed. I couldve hit 12 reps on the DB militaries, but since I am having some elbow issues I decided to play it safe. I think next week will be the real key in seeing how this stuff is going to work. It will have been in my system for a week...We shall see!

Off day today, took 'X' with breakfast. Diet has been off today, been in 4 meetings so far at work today...so I gotta play catchup to get some calories down.

I mentioned this in my log, I have been sleeping like a rock since I started taking 'X'. I dont know if thats had anything to do with it or not, but I have noticed, just thought I would throw that out there. DOnt know if anyone else has experienced this too, but I like it. Sleep = better gains.

I am looking forward to next week, I got some PRs I wanna bust through...

Good session thismorning. Worked up to a nice 445 off of 3 boards. It was freakin hot in the gym and my shirt was sliding all over the place, even with chalk. I was spent after the board work, I didnt rest much between sets...as usual, so I rammed through the session. Exhausted now. I've got a tighter shirt on the way, cant wait to try it out.

Weighted Abs

Decent session this morning. I was solo, so I didnt really push it on the squats. I had about 50 more lbs in me I think, but felt my back tweak a little on my last rep with 405, so I decided to play it safe. I cant afford another injury right now. 405x2 on box squats is about a 50lbs PR I believe, so thats nice. I had the racks set too high on the squats, but I didnt feel like unreacking it all just to move it down a notch...oh well, LOL! My arm is still in no shape to pull. I am off for a couple days so it can rest a little, gotta get to icin it like crazy. All in all decent session. Squatting took up the majority of my time so the other stuff was done very quickly.

I'm hungry!

I concur on the hunger. I don't know if it's the hard workouts but I feel like I'm eating all the time. Which isn't bad.

Figured I would post an update....

Hurt my back pretty badly yesterday. My 2 buldging disks are screaming at me right now. I can barely move, getting in to work this morning was tough. My wife had to help me get dressed, LOL, so I am hurting.

Called my Ortho Surgeon and they are putting me on a steroid pack to try to get the inflamation out, if that doesnt work I have to go in for tests/MRI and see if my condition has gotten any worse than it was 2 years ago. If it comes to that, they will make the sugical decision then. Hopefully the meds will knock the pain out and I can start rehabbing. Either way I will have to go into rehab mode. So squatting and pulling may not be the focus for some time. Bench should still progress if I can get the pain gone and avoid surgery, only time will tell on that.

Needless to say for the next 2 weeks, or until the pain is gone, I wont be doing any heavy work...sucks, but I gotta be able to play ball with my kid one day...

Here are my results so far while taking 'X':

BW: Has gone from 245 to 255
Shirted Bench: Went up from 445 to 455
Parallel Box Squat: Went from 365 to 405x2

Blew my back out before I could measure Deads or Full Range Squats. I think X is a solid supp, I just wish I could have effectively tested it for the full 4 weeks instead of 2 weeks. Doesnt look like I will be able to finish out the testing...sorry guys...

That sucks man. Take care of yourself anyways. This is a marathon type of thing, not a sprint. Better to play it safe and get there in one piece.

Good luck with the rehab. Hopefully the pain killers will do there job.

Starting to lift again this week after my injury. I will continue to keep track, but I am pretty sure my lifts arent going up, LOL!!!

I havent weighed in in over a week so I will weigh in and see what it looks like.

Please be careful. I did quads today..great wo but attempted squats last to see what I was able to do. 95lbs..a sorry 95lbs was my max that didnt cause my back to spasm. So..I have to make due right? I was able to hit ATG with more slow, tight and controlled motions...contracting the glutes, hams and quads with each rep. Im feeling it all now, so its not a waste of weight by any means. Leaving the ego at the door for now..till my back is up to par.

You best do the same! Im watching you! ;)

I am destroyed right now...in a good way! Wasnt sure if I was gonna bench in a shirt today or not, I went in the afternoon instead of morning. My training partner said he wanted me to bench in the shirt...so I did, LOL! The Rage X is too small...I couldnt get it past half way up my forearms, so I benched in the F6. Missed 435 and was mad. I almost called it quits there and went back down to 405 for some rep work, but said screw it, threw 450 on, got amped, and smoked it. Hit the groove of the shirt, butt stayed down, great leg drive...it was sweet. My training partner even got pumped after that and started working on heavy triples and singles. It was awesome. That is about a 25lbs full range, touched PR!! I am a bench only guy for a while now, so that is what I am going to concentrate on...500 is right around the corner...after the bench work I was dead...I mean dead. I had planned on doing a little more work, but I just did not have it. Today's session just completely restoked my fire...I am so pumped and ready for 500!!!

Decent session this morning. Lower back was tight so I took it easy. Did a lot of rowing movements and tried to do a lot of core work and some GPP to bring my lower back strength back up. Didnt wear a belt for anything this morning, trying to keep the mid section tight through all the exercizes to build it back up. Felt good. I am gonna add the GPP work 3-4 times a week as I feel I am getting out of shape cardiovascular-wise. The sprints felt good this morning. As soon as I can get a sled I will be good to go. I wish we had a prowler! LOL!
