Let me start off with introducing... I’m John and I’ve been working out on and off for about 6 years. I’m fresh off a 90 Day Transformation contest at bodybuilding.com I’ve cut almost 20lbs and I’ll let you guys know how I placed in the contest when I hear the results. I'll post some pics if anyone is interested
Height: 6'0
Weight: 175
BF%: Getting it tested this morning but would say around 9%
Training Split:
My training split switches up from time to time because I like to keep my muscles guessing. But my standard routine for bulking is a 4day split
Day 1: Chest/Tri
Day 2: Back/Bi
Day 3: Wheels
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Touch Up
My main lift weights:
I never max out. I just do by reps.. I will judge this by my first week... This is going to stand out a lil bit just because I’m fresh off a cut as I think others have been bulking for a while.
Diet:
Well for my diet I’m going to slowly build my way back to a huge bulk.. I’m going to be shooting for somewhere around 300g carbs and 350g of protein.
This will be my main source of food but not limited to this
Steak
Burgers (Lean meat of course)
Pasta
Chicken
Tuna
Rice
Sweet Potatoes
Veggies
Oats
I usually don’t cheat during a bulking diet because to me I love these foods enough to where it feels like I’m cheating getting to eat it all the time.
I’m going to supplement a gainer as well
Supplements:
Beside the Animal “X” that I’m testing I will be taking the following
Pre-Workout
HPC
L-Citrulline Malate
Beta Alanine
BCAA
N-Acetyl Glutamine
Post Workout
HPC
N-Acetyl Glutamine
WPH
But other supplements that I will be taking for general health will be

Other Notes:
I will be posting my weights on all my lifts. They are going to be weak at first because of the cut but they will clime along with my body weight in the bulk... This log is going to be a place where you can ask questions, make comments/suggestions, or just speak your mind on my program.

I started the contest in May and ends tomorrow. I was 198 before and around 17-19% BF... I'm around 183 and about 11.5% BF

Update. I have received my "X"
I will be taking it starting Monday.. i know that Universal/animal wants everything to stay as normal as possible and I've only have delts left this week. So I'll will be starting "X" this monday. oh yeah.. I fucking love the profile!!!!!!!!!!!

Impressions of Workout with "X"
I was very focused... No really extreme energy but it was a solid focus and i was wanting to keep going throughout my workout. Never really got tired/gassed...
I would give the workout 8/10. My strength seemed to be up but it could just extra motivation since I'm on a new product.. Who knows. We will see once I'm about a week into the log.
My body temp seemed to rise just a lil... More than I normally notice.. But it is 108 degrees here.. So that could be it as well.

On "X" I'm still pretty focused in the gym... Feel like I could keep going and going in the gym... I'm really excited about what week 3 has in store for me..

Chest was very full today. HYOUGE pump in it. Great pump in Tri's.. Tri's almost hurt today because of the pump..
Was very tight so I had to stretch throughout the workout.

So it has went up across the board. Very impressed with "X".. Would buy again no doubt...
My focus was great on this product.. When I walked into the gym I knew what needed to be done.. Great feeling..
Strength went through the roof as you can see above..
Vascularity was through the roof..
No sides what so ever from the product.. I would get DOMS from time to time but nothing too major.
I would give this product a 9.5/10
This is actually one of the best products that I have tried personally..
Thank you all for following along and pushing me through... I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing right now if it wasn't for you guys.. Thank you again and here's to the end of another good and sucessful log!
