Alright guys, a good amount of you guys know me already....so you know what my lifts are gonna look like....but for everyone else here we go.
I'm 22 years old, weighin in at 231lbs with 15% BF. My max RAW lifts are 365 Bench, 455 DL(goin for 500 next week) and 405 Squat. I don't flat bench anymore due to my shoulder pain that occurs after...I stick with Incline. Here comes the split.
Monday - Chest/calves
Tuesday - Back/traps
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Shoulders/traps
Friday - Arms/sometimes Calves
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - OFF
Dieting....My diet isn't set or planned...however my daily intake consists of 4000 + calories, 300 + grams of protein and 300-400 grams of carbs. Lean ground beef, Chicken , Tuna, Turkey, eggs/egg whites, oats, brown rice, whole grain pastas/breads and of course protein.
Current supplements - lean gainer, protein powder, NO product or Animal Pump (rotate these just for the hell of it) creatine, Animal Pak, FLEX, and amino acids.
Anyways, I'm a volume-a-holic so I'll be killing it hardcore for the next 4 weeks on this journey, can't fucking wait.

Impressive, Jim... You're a strong dude, can't wait to see what X will do for your gains. Love the goals you're posting up, I should probably get some down myself. My goal of benching 315 by the end of the summer looks good, I forced it twice a couple weeks back and am hitting 295, 300 on my own for one or two... I'm hoping this X kicks me into another gear.. Look forward to trying to keep pace with your insane workouts brother!

Well figured i'd give an update on my experience with X....only been two days however the first workout I noticed alot more strength reguardless of how tired i felt......also I was sweating about 3 times as much as usual....Also I'm experiencing a slight libido enhancement....

Mark and LD thanks for the support guys.....always great to get some input. Ladies beware...I'm embarking on a prowl tonight because I dont have work tommorow, so I can sleep in :).....But status update......so far no negatives.....My shoulders are still feeling pumped. Another thing....recovery seems to be a bit quicker......chest wasn't sore as long, nor the back. We'll see how the delts feel tommorow. Muscles do look harder....not sure if thats because i switched from a Monohydrate creatine to a ethyl ester malate or its from X.....either way...looking alot harder...

Glad to see we all have X now. Great product. Seems everyone is getting the gains I've gotten too. Don't have the sweat problems everyone else is noticing which I guess is a good thing. As for libido.... I'm a big pervert anyway, so not sure if I could tell. But hey... we all have to have goals in life!
Keep up the good workout, and keep us posted. I'm interested in seeing everyones final numbers and the totals.

Tried Flatbench, and decline cable flyes....neither one worked out, the sharp pain in my shoulder really cramped my day....FUCK...im really fucking pissed at the poorness of my workout because I got a mental block when i felt that pain from flatbench....oh well...lesson learned.....officailly ditching flat bench,BTN press, upright rows for awhile....gonna have to work around this shit.

So far awesome on X. I'm loving this product. Strength is up, Stamina , Endurance are all there. The libido thing musta been a 1 day thing, maybe i was just lonely. Definately feeling heightened aggression however. I am very focused when I start lifting. In comparison to MASS TABS, so far its hard to say. No weight changes yet, but strength is on par with MASS TABS. My biggest gripe is on MASS TABS my appetite decreased alot, and I ended up force feeding. Animal X is making me more hungry, and im downing alot more food, which is good. So X is definately the real deal. I'll let you know how shoulder day goes tommorow.

Big thanks to LD, BW,Freakshow and Mark for stoppin in. Thanks so much fellas. X is going really well....one more workout left on it.....Legs on saturday. I'll be posting at night. Gotta hit a cutting routine for a bit after this to get ready to get some photos done......then im gonna gonna carb up and take on a powerlifting routine Big Wides was kind enough to help me out with. Gonna try over winter to generate some sick ass raw power.

Well, the X journey is over with.....Loved the product. Will definately pick up again when its available for purchase. Can't thank Animal and you brothers for everything. This is just the beginning to the new, monsterous Jim. Weighin in at 235 now, and pushing some serious weight. We'll see what happens in the next few months.
