What's going on fellas. I'm lookin forward to logging my information and putting on some serious mass. Stay tuned...

Right now I weigh in at 195 lbs. at 6'0 tall.
My bodyfat is currently 15%

My training split will vary from week to week bc I like to switch it up all the time, but my most used split looks like this:
Mon-Back
Tues-Chest
Wed-Legs
Thurs-shoulders
Fri-Arms

My lifts look something like this:(I use strict form with absolutely no momentum to fully squeeze each rep, so my numbers might seem a little low, but I've actually gotten a lot bigger from doing so)
Bench-265 (weak I know)
Squat-315
Barbell Curl-115
Military-185
Deadlift-315
BB Row-185

My diet consists of 7-8 meals a day usually looking like this:

Meal 1- 3 whole eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2- Can of tuna, 2 pieces whole wheat toast
Meal 3- 7 oz. lean beef, 1 cup whole grain pasta, 1 cup of sauce
Meal 4- 1 cup oatmeal, 40 grams of whey
Meal 5- 1 cup brown rice, 40 grams of whey
Meal 6- chicken breast, sweet potatoe
Meal 7- 1 cup whole grain pasta, 1 cup of sauce, 1 cup of cottage cheese,40 grams of whey

Supplements- Animal Pak, Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate w/phosphates, Animal "X"

Thanks fellas, lifting is a passion of mine. Although I am frusturated bc I do everything by the book, as far as eating/sleeping/lifting/ I just know I got to keep busting my ass as hard as I can. i definately don't have the best genetics, but I am passionate about the entire bodybuilding lifestyle, and I plan on really taking my workouts to the next level. Basically, the time is now......I have a very busy schedule with personal training, but I promise to log for you guys as much as possible...stay tuned and do work son

I got my Animal X today in the mail and I'm ready to go, I took a look at the ingredients and I know this product is going to be the shit. As far as supplements go, this product looks like the real deal and is a complete supplement. I can't wait to start. Peace

Woke up early to lift today, starting hitting the weights at 7 a.m. bc I work all day long. Started off with whole eggs and oats. I took my Animal X and went to the gym. Didn't really feel a big difference, but I could feel my energy levels up for sure, and I got a nasty pump, which I was able to hold on to for a longer time after my workout. My workouts will vary as far as routines go:

incline barbell-135 for 12, 155 for 10, 185 for 8, 205 for 5
flat dumbell bench- 65 for 12, 70 for 10, 75 for 8
incline flyes- 35 for 15, 40 for 12, 45 for 10
pullovers- 70 for 12, 75 for 12, 80 for 10
cable cross-overs- 36 for 3 sets of 15
abs-hanging knee raises 3 sets of 25

Workout went very well this morning. Once again, another very good pump. Breakfast was whole eggs and oats, followed by Animal X. Again, still a little early to feel anything extremely different. Went like this:

Pull-ups- 3 sets of 8 (I'm very weak at pull-ups)
Deadlift- 185 or 12, 225 for 12, 250 for 10, 275 for 8
Lat-Pulldown- 110 for 15, 120 for 12, 130 for 10, 135 for 8
Seated Row- 120 for 12, 132 for 10, 144 for 8
Straight Arm pull-downs-72 for 3 sets of 15
Calf raises- 4 sets of 30 with 30 seconds of rest between, no weight

Total workout time was 1 hour 15 minutes.

Todays leg workout was brutal. Same breakfast as before, and always will be. I had increased levels of energy and my lifts were stronger than normal. Felt like my stamina was up there.

Squats-185 for 15, 225 for 12, 250 for 10, and 275 for 8
Leg press- 4 plates (45 pounders) for 15, 5 plates for 12, 6 plates for 10, 6 plates and a 25 pounder for 8
Leg curl-6 plates (10 pounds each) for 15, 7 for 12, 8 for 10
St. Leg deadlift- 135 for 4 sets of 12 (Don't go heavy on this to save my lower back)
Leg Ext.- 6 plates (10 pounds each) for 3 sets of 15
Walking lunges- 2 sets holding 30 pound dumbbells, complete circle around gym

Shoulders today, workout looked like this....Felt really good today, and my pump was very good. Took this shoulder workout from my main man Mcgrath from the dvd but added my own twist to it...

Smith Presses- (pounds means plates only) 90 for 12, 110 for 12,130 for 10, 3 dropsets for 8 reps each back down from 130
Side laterals- 15 for 15, 20 for 12, 25 for 10, 30 for 8, dropset from 30 all the way down to 15 for 6 reps each
Reverse Flyes on pec dec- 60 for 15, 72 for 15 for 3 sets
Upright Rows-75 for 3 sets of 12
Cable laterals- 24 for 3 sets of 15

Just finished arms. Workout time was 45 minutes. The workout I did was from the AOM entitled "Armory". If you haven't tried this workout, then it is a must. The pump is crazy insane and you are completely exhausted by the end of it, but you don't overdo your pump, which is good. Another thing I have noticed while taking Animal X is that my muscles have felt a lot harder since taking it. I can tell throught the day that they look a little bit fuller and harder. Can't complain so far.......

Cable pushdowns superset with standing EZ bar curls
set 1- 15 reps warmup
set 2- 12 reps (72 for tris and 65 for bis)
set 3-10 reps (84 for tris and 75 for bis)
set 4-10 reps (same as above)
set 5- 8 reps then drop weight and do another 8 ( 96 to 72 for tris and 75 to 65 for bis)

close grip bench superset with preacher curl machine
set 1- 10 reps (135 for bench and 40 for curls)
set 2 10 reps (135 for bench and 40 for curls)
set 3- 8 reps then drop set of another 8 reps (135 to 115 for bench and 40 to 30 for curls)

Tricep dip machine 12 reps for 3 sets (bodyweight)
supersetted with seated dumbbel curls for 12 reps for 3 sets (25 pounds)

Alright, yesterday was chest, workout time was 1 hour on the dot. My muscles are feeling fuller and harder for sure it seems like and my pumps are pretty damn good. Also, my libido seems to have increased bc I can tell throughout the day.

Incline Dumbbell- 60 for 15, 65 for 12, 70 for 10, and 75 for 8
Flat Dumbbell- 65 for 12, 70 for 12, 75 for 10, 80 for 8
Pec Dec Flyes- 3 sets of 15 with 160
Pull-overs- 60 for 15, 65 for 12, and 70 for 10
Machine chest press- 3 sets of 8 with 60 and final drop set with 40

Today was back. Workout time was 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great workout with tons of energy.

Lat Pull-down- 110 for 15, 120 for 12, 130 for 10, and 140 for 8
Barbell Row on Smith Machine- (pounds in just plates) 90 for 15, 110 for 12, 130 for 10, and 150 for 8
Seated Row- 120 for 12, 132 for 12, and 144 for 10
Dmb. Row- 60 for 15, 65 for 12, 70 for 10, and 75 for 10
St. Arm pull downs- 4 sets of 15 with 65 pounds
Back extensions- 3 sets of 12 with bodyweight
Abs- 3 sets of rope crunches for 25 reps
3 sets up leg raises for 25 reps

Hit Legs today and it was a very good workout. My endurance is there and I am able to finish off those last two reps a lot easier.

Leg extensions- 40 for 3 sets of 15
Squats- 185 for 15, 225 for 12, 245 for 10, 265 for 8, and 275 for 6
Lunges-135 for 3 sets of 12
Leg curls- 50 for 15, 60 for 12, 70 for 10
St. Leg Deadlift- 145 for 3 sets of 12
Calves- Standing raises with 20 pound dmb. for 3 sets of 25
Seated raises with 90 pounds for 3 sets of 25

Total workout time was around 1 hour. Reps are getting easier, which is a good thing......

Chest and Shoulders today:no more than 30 seconds of rest between sets

2 sets of 12 Incline Barbell- 135 lbs.
4 sets of 25 flat hammer presses-25 lbs.
3 sets of 25 incline dumbbell flyes- 35 lbs.

1 set of 25 seated dmb. shoulder press-35 lbs.
1 set of 20 reverse e-z bar presses-65 lbs.
3 sets of 20 seated dmb. lateral raises- 15 lbs.

Core bridges- 2 sets of 1 minute (sides and middle)
Decline bench sit-ups 2 sets of 25 reps

Workout time was 45 minutes. X is still making me sweat, but my pumps are awesome and my strength is getting better. Can definately tell I put on some weight. We'll see what the scales read at the very end.

My days are over with Animal X....for now at least. X is a very impressive supplement to say the least. Overall rating would be a 10/10. My workouts were intense throughout the cycle and my recovery was much better. My strength went through the roof. The biggest thing I noticed was a dramatic increase in my libido. Even from the very first couple dosages I noticed this. Endurance went up as well and my pumps were perfect. Universal hit the nail on the head with this product, and as soon as it comes out, I will definately stock up on some more of it. Peace
