Here are some stats:

height - 6'
weight - 214

current lifts (i have not maxed in a while, these are my best from this past month)

bench - 375
squat - 315x3
dead - 405
barbell rows - 275x3
leg press - 15piesx4
shoulder press (seated) - 225x3
curls - 125x4

current split
tuesday - back
thursday - legs
friday - chest/bis
sat. - shoulders/tris

favorite part the diet:
- consume 7-8 feedings a day (depending on training/recovery)
- 1 shake a day
- all animal products (as in mother nature's creatures) consumed 8 - 10 oz
- all complex carbs

current supps:
pak, pump, torrent, uni-liver

looking forward to adding quality size and strength.

trained back tonight, will post the workout later ive gotta remember what i did, the muscles constrict bloodflow to the brain. also still no X. here's the diet:

0630 - 1.5c oats, 4oz ham, 1 cup coffee black, 3 uniliver, pak
0930 - 1 Big Wides Bar (2cups oats, 1 scoop choc and one scoop van. whey, milk), 3 uniliver
1200 - 6oz chicken, 4oz pork (ran out of chicken) 1 c. brown rice
1500 - 2 egg whites, 3oz mozz. cheese, 3 uniliver
1730 - 9 oz pork, 1 cup brown rice
2000 - pump
2030 - 2200 - train
2210 - torrent
2300 - 8 oz canned chicken, 2 slices wheat bread, 3 uniiver

the diet part is kicking ass, getting more and more energy out of my days. still get hungry inbetween meals even though i just ate. i am keeping my water intake at 2 gallons/day. with all of this protein and other goodies that i am ingesting i do not want to dehydrate.

killadelphia - thats a new one, had me cracking up. hoping tomorrow will be the day. as for the diet it is too early to tell if i am gaining weight, i avoid mirrors like the plague. i do weigh in once a week so that should give me a clue

neutral grip pullups: 3 sets x 5, 5, 4 reps
incline bench db rows: 4 sets, 100s x 3 on last set (lost grip)
hs low row: 3 sets, 4piesx3 reps last set
underhand grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 210 x 9 on last set
deads (light): 4 sets x 135x8, 225x8, 315x5, 225x14 reps

Floor Crunches (knees raised): 4 sets x 25 reps

grip issues plagued my workout tonight. its something i've gotta work on. felt pretty pumped during and after the workout. the pull-ups are coming along and it was a nice change doing them fresh.

I have issues with my grip too..I have to use straps on stuff like BOR's and deads. My grip fails before anything else if I dont use straps and it is most annoying to be pumping out reps and not be done but you lose your grip. It totally screws your rhythm and your focus up.

I have small hands too..so I have to use the straps. Any X yet..Im gonna be watching your log here.

i have been informed by the higher powers, saturday. so next week will be my first full week on the X plus my normal supps. i used to use straps, however one day i was doing cleans, and failed to get a weight and was strapped in. i went with the barbell after that i told myself no straps. the chalk helps with me. i am hoping that the forearm work will help with the grip issues

thanks, all my workouts thus far have been without X, so i do not know what effects it will have with my workouts. i have been on it two days thus far, and have noticed an increase in appetitie already, which is a good thing. tuesday will be my first workout on it.

deads - warmups, 405x1, 455x1, 405x3x3, 405x2/1 for 12 sets, which brings the total for 405 to 15 sets

i am not shitting anyone here, this is not a typo by any means. no straps were used at all during this back session, only chalk. felt damn good to pull 455 it was easy and it also felt good to regain the power cage.

Also, Juggernaut great fucking job as well, as it was put "who needs drugs, just fucking deadlift"

Dropset Leg Extensions: 3 sets x 20+ reps
"The Gauntlet" Giant Set (One Legged Leg Press, Hack Squats, Cybex Squat Press): 4 trips through (30-40 total reps per trip)
Smith Front Squats: 3 sets x 12-6 reps
Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets x 10-6 reps
Standing Calf Raises: 10 sets x 15-10 reps

one killer session, the pump was incredible throughout the session. all ive gotta say is wow, X kicked in when i needed the extra boost

BDub, I like that technique on the bench how you're mixing up the positioning of your hands. I might have to give that a try.

BDub, I like that technique on the bench how you're mixing up the positioning of your hands. I might have to give that a try.

Ricky, i do recommend it, its a nice shock to the muscles and system. picked it up from my Westside Barbell days with the DE Bench days. i try and use the bands or chains when i am doing the 9x3

you go and get those big pecs mr.wides...sweet

so far i am enjoying the product, i have only been on it for a week but i can already notice changes. it gives an extra drive throughout the workout that is sometimes needed during long sessions. i have a feeling that this week i will have a better grasp on what this product can really do

This night could not be described, it looks cool in print but until you know what we put our self through it cannot be comprehended. Unrelenting would be a start... Imagine powerlifting type of weight, way less time in between sets, high volume sets/reps for 2 hours straight and then some.

Sick ass workout....way to hit squats last.....totally killer.....I followed Machines Leg routine from his Journey a few times, and its fucking brutal....of course i'm only doing 1/2 the weight, lol, but still....squatting last is brutality. awesome work!

as the last week on the X comes, here is what I have noticed so far:

- new stretch marks
- increased water intake (makes you thirsty)
- have gained quality weight, my food intake has increased while taking the X but my stomach has not gotten bigger
- muscle soreness two days after the session
- increased recovery between sets

weigh in tomorrow so that will set the tone for the week

its fun leg pressing with no hamstrings. weight felt heavy at first but the body adapted to the stress. it was a nice way to end the session with the hacks. liking the pre-exhaustion work before the compound movements.

wow - thanks bro. we are all strong here mentally, physically, spirtuality. there are others out there who are stronger, bigger, and faster than me and that is what fuels me. the knowledge that someone out there can wipe the floor with my weights or me makes me strive that much more to get stronger. maybe its the competive nature in myself or the simple fact that i am never satisifed until i have reached a goal, then as soon as that is reached, i set another. i have been like this for as long as i can rememeber, in the circle with the shot/hammer/discus, in the gym doing endless clean and jerks, in the classroom taking notes, or just lounging my mind was always racing as to what can i do to make myself better. how to improve on what i already have.....one must always remember to never give up on your goals/dreams, because if we do then we haven't evolved from the single cell species that we once were.....
