This is my first attempt at keeping a formal log so I'm sure I'll have to work out some bugs

Day 5-Off or sometimes Chest
Day 6- Legs/Back
Day 7- Off
This is subject to tweaking as my recovery and schedule allows.
Diet
My diet will be posted as I go but the basics I'm looking at are 256g protein per day. I will try to eat as clean as possible with a few cheat meals mixed in there for good measure, it is a bulk after all.

Training check in: Garage training it was hot a hell today
Incline Bench 4x6 at 157 lbs
Decline Bench 4x6 at 179 lbs
Flat DB bench 4x6 at 70 lbs
Flat DB flyes 3x10 at 25lbs These felt great today toward the end to get a good stretch
EZ Curl BB curl 3x10 at 70
DB Preacher curl 3 x 12 at 35lbs
I was toast by the end. The heat really hit me toward the end. High of 97 degrees.

It was just the first day so I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary yet. I did have some good energy and focus in the gym and had a little bloat after but I think that is due to my PWO shake with maltodextrin in it, always have had some bloat due to that. Nothing magic yet. Today is my off day so I'll report how I react after it without workout.

When I don't use carbs PWO I don't get the bloat so I'm pretty sure it's from the dextrose or malto.

Meaning, minus the cramping in my glute, which is rare for me. That was all. Otherwise I had a really good workout. Felt good, great focus and felt strong even toward the end, especially on the lying leg curls when I was going really slow. I would pause at the bottom keeping the plates from touching by an inch then working them up and controlling them down.
One of my weak points is my forearms but I'm working on it. I find that especially on deads and SLDL my grip hinders my target lift. I go without straps on my first few sets but for the last one or two sets I'm struggling to hold on. It's coming along.
You should have seen me on the floor trying to strech out my glute that was cramping up, I looked funny but I got it worked out and kept lifting. Good thing the gym was dead today. He he.

so don't let the little stuff get in the way of progress. Get angry, pissed and make that SLDL bar your b**th! Can't skip out on training cause you forgot some equipment.

DB presses 2 warm up sets
4 x 6 at 45 lbs (this is up 5 pounds from what I normally do, I even took the last set to 10 reps)
Seated Laterals: 3 x 8 @ 25lbs
Front DB raises 3 x 8 @ 25 lbs
Bent DB flyes for rear delts 2 x 8 at 25 lbs
DB Shrugs 4 x 8 @ 100 lbs This was with no straps and I felt good.
As I stated earlier, my muscles are feeling fuller and I am also noticing a bit more vascularity than I usually have. My lifts seem to be going up so I'm pleased with Animal X so far.

So far, I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary as far as recovery. I did seem to cut my rest periods between sets without suffering on my lifts.

BB curls 4 x 6 @ 90lbs This is up 5 lbs from usual
Alt DB curls 3 x 8 @ 40 lbs this is up 5 lbs from normal
Crossover cable high curls 4 x 6 @ 60lbs
Skull crushers 4 x 6 @ 75lbs this is up 10 pounds from normal
dips 3 x 8 weighed @ 20 lbs first time i've been able to add weight after brutal skullcrushers
Underhanded cable pushdowns 2 x 8 @ 70lbs
BB wrist curls 3x12 @ 95 lbs
This was a great workout

I'm really starting to feel results in the gym. I've noted increases in my lifts. I'll take two days off off from lifting this weekend to recover, then it's me against the bench and breaking my sticking point of 185lbs. We'll see...

On my second day off I thought I would see and feel the fullness taper but I'm as full as ever.
I weighed in this morning and am up 2 pounds to 174lbs, yet I look leaner in the mirror than when I started. I am loving Animal X.

Chest day today so let's get past the sticking point. I plateaued at 175 for reps when I started cutting a while back and haven't been able to get past it, we'll see today.
I'll post the entire workout later after I have all my macros for the day but I hit 200 lbs for reps on Bench press. I had been stuck at 175 lbs for reps for a while now, but today I figured what the hell and loaded it up. THAT's a 25 pound increase. I love this stuff.

This was a great workout. The drive, energy, and focus are as good as ever. I can't wait to see what kind of affects it has on me toward the end.
I'm even getting questions if I've been juicin', I respond yeah I'm juicin'. I shouldn't be surprised if I get hit with a pop drug test. Cmes with the territory I guess...

Off in every sense of the word. It was a scheduled no training day but my diet was complete crap today. Still took my supp. It started well enough but lunch was incredibly bad and dinner was okay. I guess we all need a cheat day every now and then. Hey, it's not like I'm cutting. Tommorrow will be a better day because it has to be.

You know how it goes, hectic day at work and a bad lunch happens. At least it wasn't on a training day... I did play 9 holes of golf in 105 degree heat. That sucked but was still fun.

Great training sequence. The whole movie is almost like a 90 minute music video. It was the first Rocky I had seen in the theater. Awesome way to get pumped up for the gym.

I expected my results to start leveling off but my lifts just keep going up. I am very pleased with the results of Animal X. Tomorrow is an off day for training then it's me trying to hit a minimum of 205 on bench for reps. I'll save my 1RM for my last day of training on Animal X and hope to hit 225 lbs that has eluded me. Brothers, I have to tell you this product is for real. If you want results, but this when it comes out for full production, you won't be disappointed.

I've already wrote about the fullness of the muscles with Animal X now I'm starting to notice the hardness of the muscles. Even at rest they seem harder than before.

Still my results in the mirror are looking good like I'm not gaining much if any bodyfat, if anything it looks as if I'm getting leaner but gaining weight muscle wise. I'm still getting remarks about how big I'm looking lately so I'm happy.

This is crazy nuts. I love this thread man. You have been seeing nutsy gains on your lifts, an overall positive experience. I can't wait until the final stats are up, the last week should be a doosy.

Not yet, I've just started upping the fat intake a few days ago so I'll see how it goes. Honestly, I've noticed less bloating because I can cut some carbs to keep up calories and reduce that bloat from oats and other carbs that cause that stuff. I'll keep it up and keep everyone posted even after I'm done with this cycle of Animal X.

Not a great workout today. I didn't workout at my usual lunchtime, I ended up working out at night.
Squats: 4x6 @ 275lbs (down because my fault) I set the pins too high on the squat rack so it was to hard for me to unrack the 285lbs+ and keep control of it. I knew it was a little bit too high for me but I didn't think it would be a problem. I should have noticed this right away and taken the time to drop the pins one more notch but I was, you guessed it to vein and lazy.
Hack Squat machine: 3x8 3 PL per side (knees were aching today)
Leg extensions: 3x10 125 lbs
Seated Hamstring curl: 3x8 @ 110lbs
Leg press calf raises: 4x10 @ 5PL per side

Many supplement come down the pike and claim to be the next big thing and promise "steroid like" gains... well I tell you that Animal X delivers where these other companies fail. This is, without a doubt, the best muscle building supplement I've ever used. When this stuff hits the market beg, borrow, steal the money to get your ass some of this... it's that damn good.

I also had a veracious appetite, I wouldn't use this if my grocery budget was slim you will want to eat everything in site. The only negative side effect was in the first week I experienced a slight headache, but it may have been due to stress at work. Other than that, it is the best muscle building supplement I've ever used, the numbers speak for themselves. Great job guys.

Awesome product.
His thoughts on the beg, borrow, to steal the money to buy it is a fairly accurate idea. This stuff is that good. But it, and buy alot before the goverment bans it for .... working? Best product I have ever used...PERIOD!
