Sup fellas!

Just wanna thank Animal for the oppurtunity!

Age: 34
Height 5' 9"
Currently weighing at 245

Currently follow a WestSide Barbell template with 2ME and 2DE days.
I train Monday ME Squat, Tuesday back, Wednesday ME Bench, Thursday back, Friday DE Squat, Sunday DE Bench

Diet...Animal Pak daily, Vitamin C, lots of water, green tea, protein powder, eggwhites, chicken, pasta, red meat, veggies...don't do to much high fat greasy foods...maybe one meal for a week...

Supps: Animal Pak, vit c, bi flex, protein powder, no product

Gym bench:
RAW 405
Shirted 500
Contest bench 495 only to be redlighted for uneven extension and foot slippage...but I pressed it up! Legal 465 contest bench.

Deadlift:
562

Squat:
Gym 600
Contest 562 geared
I haven't actually squatted since December..had knee surgery but plan on getting to squat heavy again. Squats have been very light...

I focus my training on the lifts for a meet. I do however do other lifts that will be noted on the log...rows, extensions, etc, etc.

I am planning on competing December 8, 2007.

I am looking forward to ading quality size and keeping a progress of my strength.

whats a bradford press? And was that workout X induced?

Bradford press is a military press but you never go to full extension...you just press the weight over you head to the rear and back to the front. It really hits the delts...eliminates full tri extension...No the workout was not "X" induced...I am still waiting for it to arrive.

This is the heaviest I have squatted since having surgery back in December on the left knee. I felt more in the tank but had to not really push it. Over all I was satisfied with the way the knee hels up. I am so looking forward to going heavy again!

I saw this exercise once and have incorporated it a few times, but never knew what it was called. i didn't even know if it was a true "exercise" or simply an improvisation on the mil press. Learn something new everyday.

Got my pack today! So of course I opened the fucker up like a little kid the morning of Christmas...lol. Took my 1st pack....WOW! An hour later into the workout...DAMN DAMN DAMN!!!! Animal, you guys have a good product here!

Thanks LowDown5. The internal feeling is hard to describe an hour after ingestion of "X", I can honestly say I have never had this feeling before. I hope others are reaping the benefits from this product as I am sure it will be a great seller! Animal, you guys are on the right path...ahead of the others!

Didn't get to do legs on 8-20-07...but I did manage to get somewhat of an exercise at the concert I worked last night...catching body surfers...woked a metal show...walked up and down the barracade...hamstrings were sore this morning...lol...as was the low back...

Flash, the bands were Bangladesh, Droid, and Trivium...and some weird band opened up for them. Banladesh and Droid should make it big in the metal scene...and Trivium...well they fuckin rock! I did manage to toss a surfer back into the crowd about 5 people deep...lol...over all the show rocked...I tell you...the low back did get a workout...lol. How's your training going? We as in the powerlifting team are training heavy ME bench today...I am looking forward to some numbers...I am gonna video tape too. Lift large bro!

Was finally able to train today...it hurt but I managed. My last workout was last Friday...I think my pin press got the best of me...I woke up Saturday and had trouble moving my neck...my upper back got so tight and it aches...I think the rhomboids and traps go the best of me...the muscles have gotten looser but they let me know they are still tight...such is the life of this game...lol...all good though....just have to listen to the body and get it rehabbed

I loved the X man, it is hard to describe while being on but let me tell you it is the shit bro!. The pumps, the mental edge, the intensity, the greater volume you can put...and the recovery rate is shortened. Aside from more perspiration it is a good product and I highly recommend it!

Well it's been 5 days after my last training session...don't you hate it when you get sick and try to go train and nothing is there? I don't know what the I had but something is in the air...had fever...coughing, congestion and then sinus runnning, nonhunger, trouble sleeping...then a few hours later I would feel great! Then an hour later...damn all over again...
