Yo Yo Yo what it is, im waitin for the X to show up at my front door so i can get these stats up, and throw on some serious size.
Here are my current stats
age - 22
height 5'10
wieght - 290-295
Bench- 505
incline - 365x2
squat - 610
dl - 600
military - 315
leg press - 1 g for sets of 30, 2100x3
diet
i eat all day long usally 6-8 meals a day
atleast 4 protein shakes a day
lots of chiken, rice, tuna, and cant forget the PBnJ
atleast a gallon of water a day
sups
protein, universal natural sterol, animal pak, and soon to be X
we shall see how well i thorw down with the X hopin to put some new personal best up.

no trainin today my bi's and tri's are killin me today they were starting to hurt at work late last night, but now there tight as hell, tomorrow will be LEG DAY ohhhh yeahhh. nuthin but protein n lots of food today. last night i got off work at 2am me and a few people went to a small resturant, i was starvin i had 2 big orders of french toast, 6 eggs, big plate of hash browns, a little bit of buscuits n gravy, and some bacon and it was good i went home and slept like a baby.

than moved on to the leg press for a few warm ups

on my second set i was gonna do 1000lbs for 50 reps and somethin happened
i got to 40 than my head felt like it was going to explode i dont know what happened it was the worst pain i had ever felt in my life. i locked the hooks sat down for a few min and the pain didnt go away so i grabbed my stuff and headed home. i laid down for a while it seemed to help a little bit, but it hurt till about 6 am. my mom said sometimes if your blood pressure gets to high that could happen i dont have high blood pressure. i have never had anything happen like that before, it scared the shit outta me. if anyone has any idea of what could cause that please let me know.

I had the same type of thing happen to me. It wouldnt just be at the gym, it could be at home lifting something heavy, doing intense cardio, or even during sex sometimes (sucks, I know).
I went to the chiropractor first, to save some money, and he did x-rays and determined I had a pinched nerve in my neck. He started working my neck and back twice per week and then down to once a week, and I have since stopped going because I started feeling much better and still have felt great since. Its a pretty serious deal so I would go to a doctor to get it checked out.
But like you said, I know what that pain feels like, and regardless of how big or strong you are it will knock you on your ass. Good luck bro and let us know how it goes.
i think im gonna try to get a doctors app. early tomorrow before work to see whats up, try to get it straightend out i was gonna go do chest today but i decided to wait another day or so to see whats goin on.

the leg presses when the get really high and intense push blood into your head... in the beginning of the summer i had an all out leg press day was slappin on weight for 10 to 15 and when i got to my heaviest point my head filled wit blood and i got super dizzy and had a bomb of a headache like u... so i think its just the intensity of the leg pressing u had but def go see the doc. bro.... feel better

today i went and hit my back up
pulldown did some warmups than hit it hard

i tried to rig a plate on the back but it kept fallin off so i said screw it, i noticed when i did the high rep sets my head would start to hurt

the heavy weight low rep sets dont bother my head at all they feel good.

i do the cable flys vs. the dumbells because i can concentrate the movement alot more on my chest with dumbells it tends to wear my shoulders out faster than it does my chest

And isnt that pain just the bestest feeling in the world! I feel dejected if after a tough session there not aching, the pain reminds me why i love this whole thing. Strong sessions bro, your numbers are impressive, hope the 'X' has been as good to you as it has for the others.
it looks like its makin my back a little thicker and im seein more veins everyday healing time i havent noticed much more of a difference than it normally is but it seems like its gettin better and better everyday i think it just took a while for my body to fully absorb it, that and i had to work a few kinks outta the system when trying to figure this stuff out. but all in all im fellin a little stronger and more ready to go in the gym.

i dont usually dl i dont know to much about it i have never really been shown how to do it i have done it on a few occasions but im gonna start doin them legitamitly (how ever you spell it) tomorrow i might do some it depends on how my legs feel if they feel real tight i will probably just do rack pulls from the bottom of my knees up

pull downs, i worked my way from the top of the stack and went up 2 plates every set to warm up my chest was so tight that it took a while to get loosened up

i hit shoulders up the numbers were not that great my chest was still really sore from sundays bench press

on these i raise the weight till my arms are parrallel with my shoulders than i move the weight about 6-8 inches down and up i like these they really put alot of blood in my side delts

it was a real rough day for me i was in some pain with my shoulders and chest still burnin from sunday so i kept the presses light but still worked the front delt it didnt take much to make them feel like they were gonna bust.

they gym was full to the gills today its ok in a few days it will empty out again i went to a different power house today and all the cable machines are a little lighter than the normal gym i go to.
wide grip pull downs

pull downs this cable i used here has to independant moving pullies one for each hand. it helps me get a real good pump real fast

on this i go hands about 6 inches apart, hands 12 inches, pinky on the ring, thumb on the ring, back to pinky on the ring, 12 inches, 6 inches, 20 reps in each hand position i dont set the bar down for a break. after a set about 1 min rest than back at it again for a few more sets, these leave my traps fellin swole.
