Guys it's really easy and my favorite snack
1 pack instant sugar free/fat free pudding (any flavor)
1 scoop of same flavor protein powder
skim milk
put in fridge for a couple hours and you have yourself a healthy snack that make's you think your cheating
to save on costs - use a spoonful of pudding mix and more protein - more protein content and less other stuff.
i have a huge bowl of this every night for my 7th meal

Everyday i come home from school i eat this shit... Good recipe Platestacker.
you can turn this recipe into a creme pie by using whole grain graham crackers to make a graham cracker crust (you can get mini pie tins at the grocery store to make one serving at a time).
Also if you use chocolate pudding and protein powder and pour melted natural peanut butter over the top you can get an awsome "peanut butter cup pie" thats high in protein.

Here's mine:
Makes 4 servings:
2c Cooked Brown Rice 1c Blended Cottage Cheese 1/2c Egg Beaters or 3 Egg Whites 1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder 1/4 to 1/2c sweetener 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4c Non fat milk Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in an oven safe dish with a lid. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 5 to 10 more uncovered. Eat warm or cold with a little milk, fat free topping, or sweetened blended cottage cheese. You can also add raisins or other dried fruit (non sweetened) to the mix. Just like mom made!

Glad i can impress the ''Nigella Lawson'' of this forum, coz your recipe skills are the bees knees
I love her! I watch her cooking shows all the time! Funny you said her name..she is one of my favorite chefs. She isnt all by the book..she just cooks it up and eats right there in your face. I love this one episode where she made this incredible chocolate cake and you see her late at night in her sleeping clothes go to the fridge, cut a huge piece of cake, grabs it with her fingers and just bites into it, walking back off to bed. That is so me!....when I am not dieting of course! LOL
Yeah i luv her show and she's much better to look at than Jamie Oliver

For added cals try same recipe but throw in some blended whole grain oats to the mix. Will look like vomit but taste AMAZING. You can also add some spleda to make up for the blandness of the oats depeding on how much you add.

Good call... Nice, clean way to satisfy your sweet tooth. I like the sugar free pudding mixed with chocolate protein powder and peanut butter. Peace, G
2 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder, big tablespoon of pb, about 1/2 cup of milk. put all of these in a bowl mix it up with a spoon then put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes and your good to go. It sounds weird but after I put it in the freezer I put in in the microwave for 20 seconds and it gives it an icing like texture. This has become my last meal before bed and it really feels like im cheating.
Wow that sounds really good, something I'm going to have to try. Thanks for the recipe. Peace
