I have a questions for all the pros out there. I have been taking creatine and NOX2 for a while. I mix them and down them right away. Can I premix them the night before and still have the same effect or does the potentcy lessen as time goes by? A little help will go a long way for this. Thanks in advance.

yes, you will lose the creatine's effectiveness it will turn into the by product which is creatinine.
