The lids off the can and here we go...
Weighed in this morning at 245 lbs.
Here's the current split and some numbers I'll be tracking while on the 'X'
Day1
Chest/Tri's
Incline DB flyes 100's for 12 / Weighted Dips 3-45's for 12
Day 2
Quads/Hams
Hack Squats 500 for 12 / Lying Curls 105 for 12
Day 3
Off
Day 4
Shoulders/Traps/Calves
DB Press 100's for 10
Day 5
Back/Bi's
Wide Pulldowns 270 for 10
Current diet consists of about 400 grams protein and about 500 grams carbs per day. Top Sirloin, eggs, chicken breast, brown/white rice, oatmeal and yams.
Let's see what happens...

I agree I've never had anything from Animal that didn't exceed my expectations. Getting great results from X, two work outs down, and big gains both days. Taking tommorrow off, then Back on thursday.
I'll post my results.

I think I told you that my name on here was ASYDRAIGHNE...however, I must have been mistaken...LOL Remember, that I came out of the show and told you that my wife won her Pro Card. Yeah, I found that out when I got home. I noticed that I wasn't Asydraighne. This Animal Test sounds awesome!!! Can't wait to hear more! Keep on rattling the iron bars!!!

I'm happy to hear that this 'X' is working for you Rage, like you said, I haven't found anything from Animal or Universal that didn't rock. Good luck with your training big brother. Peace.

Weighed in this morning at 247 lbs. (+2 lbs.)
100 lbers on incline flyes for 2 sets of 14 reps (+2 reps)
3 - 45 lbers for weighted dips, 2 sets of 14 reps (+2 reps)
Felt great...I can already tell you that the "X" will be a staple in my supplement arsenal.

everything looks great so far..have you ever tried M-stak? If so, how do you think the X is in comparison to that...or is it too early to tell yet?

I've tried M-Stak and although I got good results from it. It was nothing like X. X is NOW, felt it right away. Lifts went up from the very first day. Which I wasn't expecting at all. Feeling very strong, lots of focus, lots of energy.. like I could lift all day.
M-Stak I usually don't get anything from the first week, the second week I see some increases, and the last week, and the week after I usually see my best gains. X came right away, 8 days in, and my second chest workout has my incline bench up 25 pounds. Can't wait for next week!
I highly recommend X to anyone trying to gain!

I have used M Stak and got some so so results. I like Stak 2 better. Now this 'X' is really something you can feel out the gate.

Hack Squats holding steady at 500 lbs and Curls at 105. No change this time around...Intensity is up a bit.
Things still rockin along. Weights level but energy level and pump are up during training.
Back and bi's went well. Of the things I'm tracking, this is the one for Back day...Wide pulldowns 2 sets of 12 reps with 270 (+2). I'm not complaining.

One word, HUGE!
Weighed in at 247.5 lbs.
Weighted Dips 2 sets w/ 3 - 45 lb plates. First set 18, second set 20
Level on the flyes.
Definitely getting a little extra intensity while on the "X"

I agree about the intensity. I'm finding that I'm able to push more weight than before with shorter rest periods.
Had a great leg day today. I'm relatively new to the hack squat so I was expecting some good jumps but nothing like this one....
Hack Squats 590 lbs. for 2 sets of 12 (+ 90 lbs.)
Everything else remained the same.
Good workout today on the 'X'. Same on Dumbell Military Press but when I got to shrugs I hammered out 2 sets of 35 reps with 405. Like I've said all along...the intensity is up on the 'X'

+90lbs on the hack squat, bring them results home RAGE. i cant wait to get myself some "x". keep goin hard man.
Weight went from 245 up to 248 (+3 lbs.)
Incline dumbell flyes 100 lbers from 2 sets of 12 reps up to 14 reps (+2)
Weighted dips from 3-45 lb plates for 2 sets of 12 reps up to 19 reps (+7)
Hack Squats 500 lbs for 2 sets of 12 up to 590 lbs 2 sets of 12 (+90 lbs.)
Wide grip Pulldowns 270 lbs for 2 sets of 10 up to 12 (+2)
All other lifts remained about the same.
Real happy with the "X". Nice gains in size, strength, intensity and stamina. I'll definitely make it part of my supplement routine.
