Yo guys.. I'm gettin kinda tired of the same old chicken, you guys got any good marinade recipes?

if you can find a nice lite italian dressing- just pour some of that into a big zip lock bag with your chicken and let them soak it up for a couple hours and that should help break the monotony...

a sauce...like a 12 or 16 oz bottle..in the marinade section....as you all no...no salt
Lawry's makes some decent marinades...easy, just throw it all in a ziploc bag for at least 30 min., throw on the grill or whatevr you cook on...and your good to go.
Also, K.C. Masterpiece Teriyaki marinade is nice...shit, Jack Daniels makes some too...its in this pouch thing.

as a poor man, I use poor mans marinade--a big ass bottle of generic brand Worcestishere and Black Pepper, for steak or chicken
