GK here with a shiny can of "X" in my hand and ready to bulk like a freak! This ingredient profile looks awesome!

Let me get this stuff down...

Animal "X" FAQ's: What To Do

-----------------------------

-Current weight-
180 even

-Current training split-
1) Chest, Abs
2) Biceps, Forearms
3) Legs
4) Off
5) Upper Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
6) Back/Traps
7) Off

-Diet-

All meals are 2 hours apart
Upon Waking- 52g Whey Protein Shake
Meal 1- 5 whole eggs, Oats
Meal 2- Real Gains "G Diesel Shake" (RG, Oats, Natty PB)
Meal 3- Chicken or Steak with Brown Rice or Potatoes
Meal 4- Tuna Salad Sandwich with 2 whole eggs (1.5 hours pre-workout)
Meal 5- Chicken and Brown Rice (45 min. post workout)
Meal 6- Steak and Potatoes
Meal 7- Fat Free Cottage Cheese and Whole Grain Toast

-Supplementation-

Animal Pak qAM
Uni-Liver Tabs 3 with each meal
Pure Creatine Monohydrate 5g w/ 1 scoop Gatorade pre-workout
Pure Creatine Monohydrate 5g w/ 3 scoops Gatorade post-workout
52 g Whey Protein Shake post-workout

I must confess, I started taking it on Friday, but worked all day yesterday and got my stats together this morning.

One thing I've definitely noticed after 2 days is my muscles are full and hard! Definitely more than usual. My soreness is also different, it's not pain like an injury, but it's a soreness I've never felt before, that I feel indicates some new kind of growth stimulation. I also slept like a rock both nights.

I know it's only been two days. But I have to attribute these things to X. I'm very psyched...

Well last week I hit 205 for 10 on squats with barely good form, and today I hit 225 for 10, for 2 sets, with perfect form.

That's how I feel on it...

Crazy pump and crazy endurance to note. The lifting session just doesn't have to stop. Hitting an hour, lifting hard, and feels like I just warmed up. Great endurance.

most of the exercises i do i add on chains for serious plateau breaking... also u look fuckin insane doing dips wrapped in 5ft chains...lol and we're trying to get Agst to use um too lol...

183 on the scale today. Posing a little bit this morning- insane vascularity coming out in front delts. Chest filling out, arms peaking.

Don't feel like taking off days anymore...damn it.

I don't feel any "stims" necessarily, I just feel really driven and focused. Whether it's the "X" or my own mental Journey, I'm training hard.

-Major Lifts Starting...........Finish-
Bench- 205x10..................215x10 (from last week, pre-existing trap injury got worse and couldn't bench this week)
Barbell Rows- 185x6...........didn't go heavy on these last-grip a little shot from heavy Deads (see below)
Deadilfts- 275x3................315x1 for 3 sets (have never Deadlifted this high before once, let alone for 3 sets)
Squat- 205x10..................245x10 for 2 sets (Squat strength went totally nuts! Legs should be getting biiiiig in the future!)
Military Press- 115x10........Smith last session, 60 lbs per side for 10 for 2 sets
Barbell Curls- 95x10...........115x8 (good n' strong, with little cheat on the last rep, just like 95)

Bodyweight Starting- 180
Bodyweight Ending- 183

Final Thoughts

Animal X gave me crazy strength. PR's every week, without fail, and big PR's. Also, muscles were harder and more pumped than ever before. Gives you that skin splitting effect in your workout. My girlfriend also commented that I looked really cut, getting more cut throughout the trial, but my weight increased about 3 pounds. Added an inch to my chest, 2 inches to my shoulder-torso, an inch to my quads, and LOST 1.5 inches on my waist. Yes, you read that right.

This is the holy grail of strength and hardness.
