I figure its time. Time for me to start my cutting log.

Bit of background info:

weight :218

Ever since a child ive been overweight. Strugled with the motherfucker since day one. Thats untill last year when I got sick of it hit 240lbs. Was a massive blob of shit. So i started off runnin got to the weights. Cut down to 180lbs. Then came the bulk. Which brings me to here. I'll be posting regularly here so tune in and learn from my mistakes brothers. And away we go....

Meal #1, 8:00am

hard boil 4 eggs, or scramble four eggs.
one cup of quick one-minute oatmeal two slices of whole wheat toast and protein shake

Meal #2, 10:00am

yogurt,and one scoop Whey.

Meal #3, 12:00pm

Two chicken breasts with BBQ sauce, brown rice (cooks in 5 minutes).
divide it into 3 servings, and have one of them here

Meal #4, 3:00pm

Same as Meal #2,

Meal #5, 7:00pm

Supper: Steak or lean hamburger, 1 serving of rice.use heavy spices.throw in some diet pop

Meal #6, 9:00pm

can of tuna

and for the program ive addopted the program number 11 off of this site and will change it up at my own descretion. So bring on the opinions cause i want em it feels weird not eatting alot though.

It looks ok. A few things to remember. Where are your vegetables? For dinner I didnt see anything listed other than meat. Also, sauces arent bad as long as they are kept in check. They are high calorie and very sugary. Use very sparingly. you need to eat some veggies like steamed broccoli or green beans with your dinner. Helps with digestion.

It also apears that between your last meal and breakfast is nearly 11 hours. Thats too long. Can you eat earlier or later (or both)?

Most of the fat in eggs are in the yoke. I think, and I could be wrong, there is about 6 grams of fat in each egg. Try cutting your yokes in half. So two whole eggs and 2 egg whites..

wicket thanks, i do eat a salad with 2 of my meals forgot to add that and we make the sauages here ourselfves out of wild game such as moose. good stuff. and i wake up in middle of the night usually and have a shake

This morning i didnt feel like cookin so i took my blender 2 scoops of protein 1 scoop of oats 1 bananna and mix it up and slamed it down.

meal 2 was as usual yougurt and 1 scoop of protein in it.

meal 3 was as usual with the salad ofcourse

meal 4 i was starved at this point so i got home and fixed me 2 tuna sandwiches and at em down

never at supper yet the workout was right after my exam today

chest today : followed the program right to the book it was good but i will have to make some changes as i progress. until next time
