Hey, I apologize in advance, this is gonna be a long post! *lol* I need some advice from the pros here.
I think this is the right section to post, if not, let me know, I will transfer the post!

So here we go:

1. Let me first explain my situation a little bit:

I am 24yo, ~165lbs, 6'1".
Aiming at a solid 175lbs.

I am a construction worker, we work every weekday, from around 8am to around 5pm. So with a schedule like that, am always too tired to hit the gym in the evening during the week, plus I smell when I get out of work. :-P So taking a shower after work, hitting the gym, and then taking an other shower after the gym is kind of a waste of time if you ask me. *lol* So I hit the gym in the morning (My gym is open 24hrs) around 6:30 - 7:00am every 2 day.

2. The "paks" I use:

-Animal Pak x 2 pak/day
-Animal Stak2 x 1 pak/day
-Animal Pump x 1 pak/day
-Animal Flex x 1 pak/day
-Turinabol (Innovagen) x 2 (10mg)/day
(If anybody has any kind of information on Turinabol/Innovagen, I would like to know as much as possible on this stuff! Chloro-dehydro-methyl-testosterone 10mg capsules)
-Melatonin (Optimum Nutrition) x 1 (3mg)/day
(This is actualy only to help me get a better night of sleep, my head just won't stop thinking normaly ;)

3. A normal gym day for me:

5:00am - 5:30am _> 1- Wake up. 2- Take 1 Turinabol on empty stomac. 3. Eat breakfast (protein shake OR oatmeal w/ egg whites) with 1 Animal Pak.
5:30am - 6:00am _> Whatever I gotta do at home... dishes, cleaning, etc.
6:00am - 6:15am _> Take Animal Stak2 at 6:00am.
6:15am - 6:30am _> Take Animal Pump at 6:15am.
6:30am - 6:45am _> Gather stuff and head for gym.
6:45am - 7:45am _> Hit the gym for around 1hr/session.
7:45am - 5:00pm _> 1- Work. 2- Eat with 1 Animal Flex. 3- Work.
5:00pm - 5:30pm _> Stuck in traffic!
5:30pm - 6:00pm _> Eat supper with 1 Animal Pak.
6:00pm - 7:30pm _> Whatever.
7:30pm - 7:45pm _> Abs routine ~ 8-9mins non stop of different abs exercise.
7:45pm - 8:15pm _> 1- Shower and stuff. 2- Take 1 Melatonin.
8:15pm - 9:00pm _> 1- Prepare for tomorrow. 2- Take 1 Turinabol.
9:00pm - 5:00am _> Sleep

4. The workouts:

(3 x 6-8 reps)
Each exercise is in the 6-8 reps range, 3 series.
*Supersetting all exercises.
*3 mins recovery between the series. It starts when I finish first exercise of the superset.

A: Pecs / Back / Trapezes
B: Legs
C: Shoulders / Biceps / Triceps

5. The questions:

1. I work a physical job. I train every 2 days to have a good recover time. But since I do A-B-C in order, even though I work a hard job, would I get optimal recovery time if I hit the gym every day except Sunday let's say. So that'd be 6 workouts per week _> A-B-C-A-B-C. Whatcha'll think? 6 workout sessions / week? (24hrs recovery time) Or should I stick with every 2 days? (48hrs recovery time)

2. About the abs, if I hit them everyday, 7 days a week, 24hrs recovery time, would that be optimal, or should I stick with every 2 days abs workout? (48hrs recovery)

3. Since we are practicaly always eating, stomac is never really empty, (except in the morning maybe). So when it says take on an empty stomac, it's not really happening. Is it destroying the benefits of the paks, or is the only thing that's doing is slowing down the paks from entering your blood?

3a. So is the way am taking my paks optimal, or would there be a better way?

4. Any paks that I am using that I shouldn't mix? (including turinabol and melatonin)

5. Anything else I should be using/doing to buff a lil more? Like, capsuled turinabol is as far as I am willing to go to actually gain muscle. Any paks/products to suggest?

6. I never had to do any kind of cardio before, because I would simply burn muscle. That was only a year or 2 ago! Now I think I gotta start doing some cardio since I realized that I actualy had some fat on (Tiny mini love handles in the back). And abs are taking more time than I thought to show up. Where should I start?

Wow, that's it. If you are still here, you ARE an ANIMAL! *lol*

I know there is a lot to analyse, and that is the main reason why I am asking the pros... you guys! I have only gotten so far with my experience and readings. Any kind of input/suggestion/comment would be appreciated! I think I provided as much info as I could... and I am willing to help anybody with the amount of knowledge that I acquired during my years of training/reading on the subject(s).

Thank you SO much for your time, it's gonna benefit me greatly!
Have a good one!

wow! your dedication to the iron game is great and commendable! You remind me of my schedule when I came back from tech school and my deployment. It looks like you have a fast metabolism, but have apparently gained a very "miniscule" amount of fat. The only thing you may need to do is superset some of your leg, back and chest exercises to stimulate your metabolism. As far as diet is concerned there is no need to do anything fancy and/or crazy. Try replacing chicken breasts with steak, and you will notice results fast. Also drink milk, milk gives a great pump and help you add quality size in a hurry. If skim doesn't work for you don't be afraid to try 2% milk, or under extreme circumstances (we're talking super hardgainer metabolism here) even whole milk. Also when it comes to training stick with the basic movements and hit them hard as hell.

Another thing I must emphasize is consistency. Your schedule is great, please never lose your burning desire to be great. I have seen too many lose their fire because their ahem girlfriend, group of friends, clique, etc. thought that they were doing too much, and it wasn't cool or some b.s. like that.

Thanks for the tips!

I am already supersetting all exercises in my workouts (front/back), time is precious! ;) Am not a super hardgainer... just hard... so I drink skim milk at home and 1 Muscle Milk after the gym.

I need to work on consistency... met a girl recently ;) Just like you said... need dedication!

Thanks a bunch, karthik!

Damn bro, you're throwin them paks back huh? lol

Make sure you're takin in plenty of water. Most of us average 1 1/2 to 2, but you should probably get more, since you work construction AND take almost the entire Animal line.

Really though, everything else looks solid, just keep that water intake up.

just make sure you are eating what helped me was to eat a meal then make a fat protein shake with pb milk berriess bananas maybe even some ice cream if you gaining weight you will put on some fat so choose abs or size besides the fat will always come off you could even try taking some of your vitamins when you wake up in the middle of the night to piss its up to you let your abs rest because they are just like any other muscle group plus you end up working them a little with construction labor and doing some other muscle group related workouts

But thanks for the heads up!

pb milk? protein based milk? You can find that at the grocery?

Oh, and I make my nights now! Hehe, but seriously, I just don't wake up at night... only when the clock rocks in the morning!

As far as abs are concerned, it has been a debate for years... and I don't plan on solving it, just a couple heads up will suffice for me!

Have a good one!

Keep the dedication, and above all, make getting in your meals as important as getting in your workouts.

Remember we all started somewhere... some of us just never stopped. :)

True that! I stopped simply too often! Am getting back now, hoping it'll be the last time I "get back"! Hehe. Thanks for your input!

Basicaly, I think the admins and some peeps misread my post. Or maybe (surely) it's simply too long and it confuses people. *lol* My bad! Since I cannot edit it, here are the actual questions relating to my specific case:

5. The questions:

1. I work a physical job. I am basicaly walking all day.

Note to the admins: I think this thread should be more in "training" than in "paks", since the questions refer a lot more to training than the paks themselves.

abs for me if you treat them like you would any other muscle group they need love to bro give em a little break 48 hours as for the work outs are you hitting those same parts every two days you might find that a 5-7 day rest will work better for growth you get a lot of sleep and watever time. are you rushing your workouts in the morning as well because you know you have to get to work. You are a warrior bro keep it up remember your muscle grow better in your deepest sleep.

Well, no, am not rushing my workouts in the morning bc I have to head to work. Work will wait for me in any case *lol*. And I hit a different bodyparts on workout A, B and C. So by the time I hit A again, it has been 48hrs anyways.

For the abs, I think that every night does the trick. Grab a shake afterwards and hit the sack. 24hrs isn't so shabby. Abs work all day... kinda. Hit them at night, sleep on it. and wake up fresh!

As far as 5-7 days rest. What do you use that for? Isn't a week a lil excessive to rest a muscle group?

I find that it helps my body that way my gains are rediculous when I give em a good break considering that you have so many body parts that you can hit you know I assume that your body gos throuoghg more than the guy like me who woks at a desk then gos crazy on his workouts you know.
