Uh... go Animal. I used to use that stuff from BSN, and let me just tell you, they spend more time make the shit taste like candy then they do making it work. Animal stuff is more affordable, especially for the results it produces, and is more focused on a REAL foundation for those who crush themselves in order to rebuild. Animal is where it's at. Period.

Animal has BY FAR given me my best gains both with weight gain (clean) and Growth and strength. love the hi test stacks with a hi cal diet. cant beat it
