However, you´d have to eat a whole lot of the stuff to cover all your needs as far as vitamins and minerals are concerned. 180 mcg / 100gr means one would have to chow down 5,5kg (12.2lbs) to get 1000mg of Vitamin C. Have fun with that. I´ll stick to supplementing with pills...
Peace be with Rex. It's an honour to speak to again. I would also like to apologise for an embarrassment or inconvenience caused by my ex customer who for reasons unknown, took it upon himself to come on here and pose as myself. Im still vrry taken back by by it all. Anyway, you look good bro. You always hold steady weight but I've noticed you've put on a little weigh at the cost of some vascularity. Which you have maybe done out of confidence of knowing your genetics. Id love to know your reasons really. Because I know with yourself there is always a systematic thought behind your actions as a bodybuilder. Your not is a lazy bodybuilder Rez. You don't just stimulate the muscle, stuff your face and then roll over. You general take the time to understand your body. Not just the body you have now but the body you hope to have. I have watched you build brick upon brick and now over time you have developed a very impressive structure. I recognise a bodybuilder when I see one. I look for certain characteristics in both this persons mental and emotional attitude towards building there own body. Because you know as well as i do, that ones physical attitude and attributes are determined solely on those two key factors.
Your right in what you say... hence why we substitute Kelp firms multi vit. But then again you can supplement Kelp if need be. I will say just one thing though. Because you are a very logical bodybuilder which is fine. Who the fuck wants to be a foolish one?:have to learn lesson after lesson, year after year and you still look a buck 5.
Rex, numbers are numbers and its very easy to get caught up in them. Wether we count reps, macros, they have a place in bodybuilding but they are not the be all. Numbers do not personally build muscle. Numbers are used to help understand those key factors for growth. Example Rex....
When we were young and we read the magazines ok, you didn't hear Dorian say that he eat 400g of Protein, 400g of Carbs etc lol No you read, "I eat 6,000 cals a day! "
Simple. Men that become monsters eat uncivilisedly out of bowls using a spoon. Lol The a Monster bro. A beast and there tongue untamed. "I eat 6,000 cals a day" he said. That's for us to workout what lol So I adopted this pattern after meet Dorian. He came to my gym and we eat together. That Solutions was right there. Dorian Yates did say as he walked in, "Fuk this is mad man. It's like a fuking coal mine!" But if he said he eat 6,000 a day then that's what the fuck im hm going to do. So I divided the 6,000 into 6 meals. Every 3 hrs i false fed myself 1,000 calories.
It's not always about numbers Rex but yes where very fortunate we can supplement them
