My lifetime goal is just to crack that 800 DL, and there you are, repping it, in what is considered a secondary lift for yourself. Tip my hat to you sir.
Also, BOB4 looked amazing!! I gotta get healthy so I can actually compete again because that met was exciting to watch.
Some crazy PRs in here. Hit a 3 rep PR last night with squats, coulda been a 5 rep PR! Heaviest 1rm previously being 530, 490 for 2 easy sets of 3 puts me way past that! Meet prep is feeling great!

I hit a couple rep PRs this week - pulled 525 and pressed 325 for 4. I've done each a bunch of times for a triple, but never could get past that. Also repped 290x9 on bench, where before I'd hit 275 for 8.
New Conventional DL PR-- Pulled 848 for a single with straps. Still training no belt, but this marks 25kg higher than any Conventional I've pulled prior to this year
One more PR this week: Deficit Stiff Leg Deads 628 x 6
This has been a long time coming, but is one of my main markers for strength... and it wasn't really that hard
More PRs from last two weeks:
Conventional Deadlift vs Bands: 694 + 200+lbs or tension at lockout (about 50 lbs on the floor)
Deficit Stiff Leg Deadlift Rep PR: 584 x 8
Deficit Conventional Deads (1.5" deficit): 760 x 4 x 2 sets (as well as two singles for a total of 10 reps)

Block pulled 585x3 last night, which is a 40 lb PR over my previous 3RM. Should be set up to finally bust thru 600 from the floor here soon.
